I got checked in online so didn't need to do anything at check in when I got here. Came back to the exam room at about 11:25-11:30 so punctuality could have been better. As soon as I came back they got my weight and vitals and did a swab for the Covid test and told me how long it would take about 10-15 minutes. Which it did take that long and then the provider came in right after that and let me know I didn't have Covid and gave me a prescription anyways to help and some advice as well. Overall great service for a very short notice visit.

Of course I need something if I am standing at the front waiting to be checked in. The staff was non compassionate and rude. The triage nurse was the only person that was pleasant. She was great. My blood pressure was dangerously high higher than it has ever been and I was getting a massive headache. I typically do not have high blood pressure and I am not on any medicine for high blood pressure. I was sent back out to the waiting room where I waited an hour. No one was taken back in the waiting area during that hour. I understand that sometimes you have to wait a while. I was getting worried about my symptoms as I had a bowel blockage last year, it felt like a blockage and even during last year my blood pressure was not even close to what is was the night I cam to the ER. I went up to tell the registration desk that I needed to leave and go somewhere else that I felt like it was getting worse . The said okay and I went to another ER for treatment. When I contacted Ohio Health to make a complaint I was told that the lead of the ER would contact me. It has been 11 days no contact from anyone. This is a place that I will never go to on my own ever again!! Very disappointing

She was super kind and then Doug came in and explained to us what he would be doing. Amazing stitch work! At some point, the doctor came in(he could use some pediatric bedside manner, but he was not needed). Nicole was another nurse that assisted and she was amazing! She spoke to my daughter while Doug was numbing and stitching her up. This gave us parents time to breathe and rest for a moment. Thank you to all of you for helping and making the best of a bad situation. We have also used this facility before for my son for a few stitches in his face. Thanks you!!
