I came home and looked at labs I've had in the past and when I saw what they were so alarmed about, it was from my hypothyroidism, not hyperthyroidism. As HCPs, why didn't they know that?? Now, they've had my labs for 2 weeks. The pharmacist orders two hormone creams...but they don't have one of them in stock. Why not? You had my labs for TWO WEEKS. Do you NOT look at them to see what they said BEFORE I showed up? And if you did, WHY didn't you order what I needed? Like who does inventory around there. So, after 5 days, I call and ask for the status because I haven't heard anything. They said I should get a text that day and if not, call back. I got the text on Wednesday and have been waiting for my medication. I called yesterday evening and left a message stating I had not received it. I get a call today saying it was marked "pick-up." I don't know why because I told the pharmacist twice I wanted it mailed to me because it would take 40-45 minutes for me to get there due to construction. They said they are mailing it today. This place is a disorganized MESS! I won't be going back. I can find another compound pharmacy.

Next was the phone call about the measurement process and to schedule the follow up for the chair and the color " orange" I thought would be catchy, and favorite color! And 2-weeks later 2nd phone call we received was that everything had been approved by the state Insurance Company!!!!!!! Than while rolling through the hospital on a visit recently had foot surgery I almost went over to fall flat on my face. Luckily some people were nearby caught me in time. The front of my new wheelchair came apart and bent backwards. Being at the hospital I was able to use one of their wheelchairs to get home. If I was somewhere else this would have been worst or I might be hospitalized from the fall. The sad part is trying to get help for replacement or getting immediate help from this company. My life is on hold 5-10 days at the least. They are guessing by phone the problem if not we will start the the process all over again for repair service. When looking for a wheelchair company please find out how are repairs handle or you can be stuck without any form ofmoblity.
