I just want to say a big thank you(!) to the Belle Tire crew! After hitting a piece of debris on I-65 and then losing tire pressure, I was able to drive it in for service. I was thinking the tire could be patched, but their mechanic discovered - and showed me - that the interior of the wheel had been damaged as well(!). Since I wasn't local, I was concerned it might take a few days to get a replacement wheel, and certainly didn't want to drive the rest of my trip on the space-saver spare. Trevor and Devin went through the options, and thankfully, not only were they able to source a replacement wheel but got it delivered the same day. I had a slow leak in my tire and had to go in with about an hour left before closing. They were happy to help and tried their best to fix it. They were able to assess it quickly and while unfortunately it was too bad to fix they made sure to show and explain to me why I would need to replace the tire and got it replaced right away. I was taken advantage of because I was a female. I came in to purchase 4 new tires and have them placed on my vehicle. They told me that my oil was at 20% and would I like an oil change- I said sure. They also told me that my car should be aligned - which is not a necessary service. Then they proceeded to tell me that my valve cover was leaking and that I needed to replace it immediately and that I needed all new plugs and wires. Not only was this not true but they wanted to charge me $3500 for everything! It's a tire place! Stick to tires! Luckily I called my fiancé that told me that part was only $30 and very easy to fix. I'm sorry someone felt they were taken advantage of, but I had the exact opposite experience. It was one of the first places I have been in Indiana that I trust to not charge me for something I do not need. They do not recommend anything that is not recommended by a manufacturer. They do not assume you have a guy at home that can work on your car. You are not required to say yes for anything you do not need. You should always ask the price up front. Personally, I have found tire places to have better mechanics than dealerships. I am female and do not believe they would ever take advantage of me. I am more than thrilled with the service on my car. I do ask questions, prices and recommendations. Then it is up to me what service I decide to have. If I had a guy that could work on cars, I guess I'd have him change my oil too. read more

We had already bought, had delivered and paid in full for the tires and delivery. Finally, I had enough excuses and foolish 'supposed answers for their ignorance'. I told my husband to call Belle. Highly Do Not Recommend!!! They always over charge. I've been there twice now. No consideration for customers time. My second visit was recent. I sat there for 2 hours this time for a simple oil change and O2 sensor replace. I also asked for a tire rotation. Upon getting home and noticing they did not rotate, I went back to the store to get it done. In a job like this I should be able to take your word for something like this and not have to double check your work. The second time I went back i sat there another 10 minutes got my car and went home. They didn't rotate them. I'll never be back. Just lazy work ethics. read more

I am so disappointed! After years of not going to quick tire and oil places like this, I thought this Belle Tire location was different. I gave them a try during Covid because they were very close to home. I loved their service and thought they were genuine. I recommended them. My husband and I both have four tires each from them. The other day I saw that my husband's tire was at 6 pounds. I drove it over to this Belle Tire Location. They said it was no problem to get it right in and check it. If they could repair it, it was no charge. Great! So I waited and the man came out and said to me that my husband needed new shocks. I explained to him that I came in for a Flat tire. He said "oh yeah that's been taken care of but would highly recommend I take care of the shocks as soon as possible." I took the estimate that he had printed knowing that my husband was going to have his car serviced at the dealership soon. The dealership looked over my husband's car and said his shocks are just fine. Ugh. Seriously? Very disappointing. read more

Absolutely terrible service. I noticed a bubble forming on my tire (recently purchased from here with under 5,000 miles on it) while I was filling it up. It literally appeared as I was adding air, and I had only reached the recommended 35 psi. I took the car to the shop, but they didn't even bother to come outside and inspect it in person. They just looked at a photo and immediately claimed it was caused by an impact, which I don't understand because it happened while I was simply filling the tire. Even if it *was* due to an impact, their customer service was incredibly rude about it. I then went to Tire Discounters just down the street. They actually took the time to inspect the tire and said they would've replaced it since there was no sidewall scuffs or other signs of impact. Plus, they were way friendlier from the start. Their warranty is better and more affordable too. I highly recommend taking your business to Tire Discounters, not this place! read more

very unprofessional and full of dickheads. I went in looking to get tires, they didn't like how I currently have stretched tires but wouldn't help get a correct size unless I was OEM. Told me that having a modified vehicle is stupid and I should've kept it stock and very rudely told me to get out. I currently have a barrel width of 9.5 which normally calls for a 235 or 245 tire. I currently have 225 installed so it's stretched. I was asking to go with a 235 or 245 so it's not stretched. I will most likely never go here again and let a lot of others in the car community know also. wonder why you guys only have a 3.5 star rating? probably cause you guys have something stuck in your ass. read more

WOW! This experience was hands down my best experience ever when having to get something done to/ fixed on my car. To start, I called the day of and asked if there were any openings and I was able to get in within the hour. After dropping my car off they called me within about 2 hours with the diagnoses and a couple of different options (both in price and how intensely they could repair). They talked through the problems (WHOOPS lol) that my car had and educated me on what had happened. If you know me, you know that I know NOTHING about cars, but after talking with them, I could at least explain and understanding a little bit what was happening to my car. This team is probably the most customer-centric team I have ever come across in this industry. They answer the phone quickly, ask how your day is going and then begin to talk shop. They worked with me on the options that I wanted and allowed me to kind of pick and choose what I wanted to happen to my car so that it would fit into my budget. My car now no longer shakes, or makes a horrible clanking sound which I am forever grateful for! I will definitely be going back to Belle Tire for all of my tire needs and will be directing any friends and family to them as well! I was driving from Louisville to Chicago when my car started acting up. I pulled over in Whitestown and am so glad I did because these guys were saviors. Something was wrong with my fuel injector (and the car wasn't drivable) but they couldn't find a part anywhere nearby. Since I pulled in late on a Saturday afternoon, there wouldn't be anything they could do for a day or so at the earliest. They also discovered the repair was still under warranty. Rather than taking a $200 Lyft to Chicago and leaving my car in the middle of Indiana for a week, they helped me arrange a tow back to a Kia in Chicago and made sure I got home safe. It was a rough day but it would have been an actual nightmare without their help. They mentioned an expansion to my area so I'll keep an eye out as they've sold me on their service! read more

The guys at the shop are awesome! They were friendly and professional, and my job was completed in the time frame quoted. However, don't count on Actually receiving a rebate, as unless you hound them for it, it'll likely get "lost in the mail". When calling to check status, it's nearly impossible to get a human, and even then they'll give you the run-around, try to charge you for a "replacement card", then expect you to wait ANOTHER 21 business days to receive the "replacement". Shopped pricing at multiple competitors for both my car and then my wife's. Both times Belle came in lowest w no gimmicks. Then, became impressed w the service. After being a customer for 8 months, they rotated my tires, but I ended up buying a new car a week later. I insisted the dealer put my Belle tires on the new car, which they did, but did not like the road feel. Despite just balancing them on old car a week earlier, they did them again (at no charge) on the new car which took care of the shaking that the dealer could not get rid of. On TOP of that, they fixed my mower tire at no charge while there. All said, Rob & Rob are great, and I am a customer for life. read more

My experience with this Belle Tire location started last night, 5 minutes before they were due to close. I had hit a pot hole and one of the tires was completely flat. They stayed late and replaced the tire for me. Then this morning, I get up and realize that a different tire is flat (completely different one) and that there's a nail in it. I came back in to see if it could be fixed, but due to it leaking from the sidewall, it couldn't be simply repaired. I needed a second new tire, but they were aware that I had just paid for a pretty expensive one the night before, and that I had nothing left. They were also aware of the fact that I am entirely dependent on my car for my income. They put on a second new tire, free of charge, and then went on to check the alignment. They didn't have to do this for me, but they wanted my vehicle safe and that was more important than sending me out on 3 wheels. Thank you so much! I bought a brand new set of tires from them and told them to go ahead and align it while they had it. They called and said that they could not perform the alignment on my truck due to needing new ball joints and control arms. As well as the brakes needing replaced (which I knew). Upon looking at it my self and having a shop look at it as well I needed a new sway bar which nothing was ever said about that but they wanted to charge me 1300 on top of the 1150 I already spent for problems that weren't there and missing a problem that was actually there. They a great job with mounting of my new tires. It was a easy process. They then came out with a list of things that were wrong with my truck. I had it all checked out at 2 other places and they told me that Belle Tire was wrong about the repairs and that they were just trying to avoid the free alignment deal that they offered. So the other companies weren't trying to just take my money or they would have agreed with Belle and offered their service as well. I didn't get the free alignment offer. Belle Tire in Whitestown, Indiana is on the Mt. Rushmore of the worst customer service ever. A couple of months ago I went to this location of Belle Tire with a tire that kept going flat. I was in need of new tires anyways, so I purchased a set of 4 tires, or so I thought. I left my car there to get the tires put on. About an hour later they call me and said they didn't have the tires I purchased in stock. They apologized and offered me the next best tire at the same price. I was cool with that and thanked them. Then they call a little while later and said the better tire they promised wasn't in stock either. Naturally, I'm a little upset because it's about closing time and I can't get my car anywhere else because it's the end of the business day. I asked if they could fix my tire and they couldn't because the sidewall was damaged. Their solution was first thing the next morning they could have an even better set of tires delivered to put on my car. I agreed to this because I was able to borrow a friend's car so I wouldn't miss work. The next day around 1pm they call and say they can't get those tires delivered because the warehouse has no power. So naturally, I'm pissed at this point. I talk to the store manager and turns out they had a better tire that would have worked in their store all along. The store manager does his job to make it right and give me a deal. Fast forward to this week. Same car (Fiat 500L) I need an oil change for. I call Tuesday morning to schedule and oil change. I tell them I can only do afternoons either that day Wednesday or Friday. He says they can get me in at 3:30pm that same afternoon. I show up and wouldn't you know it, they don't have my oil filter in stock. He asked if I could wait about 30 minutes for them to have one delivered. I was pissed and told them no and walked out. I called corporate when I got home and explained the entire situations. He says he will get to the bottom of it. It's Friday morning now and hadn't received a call from any Belle Tire employee. I call corporate back and explain the entire situation again and the guy says he can see the customer care claim in the system. I said I guess I was expecting a little more than for you to enter it in the system. I thought good customer service is you try to make it up for your customers when their company screws up. Apparently not with Belle Tire. I told the guy that if I won the lottery this weekend, I would go buy new tires from another store. I would then take the tires I purchased from Belle and puncture a hole in the sidewall of each tire making them junk. I would deliver this tires myself right to the middle of their show room and tell them all to go Fuck themselves. These big companies now days don't care about their individual customers. read more
