I cannot say enough great things about superior pro painters. I have had really awful experiences with other contractors and get overly anxious in dealing with contractors in general. Superior Pro was just that superior and professional. They worked so hard, had no hidden fees, cleaned up (better than it was before they arrived), and came back (with the manager) to check for quality control and touch up. The price was spot on and the individuals working on our home where professional and friendly. I have already called for another appointment to get more work done. They have totally redeemed my impression of contractors. If you need painting interior/exterior, or any small building projects these are the guys you must call. read more

I would never hire this firm again. The last job they performed they failed to complete the scope of work while demanding payment. They threatened to lien the property 2 days after "allegedly" finishing the scope of work despite the agreement they signed stating they would be paid within 7 days of completing work to homeowner's satisfaction. The absolutely WORST place to work with. DON'T hire them! First of all, they are arrogant. Called them to give us an estimate, the person on the phone said" We don't do any work under 1000$". Secondly, when the estimate whatever person came, she refused to give us an estimate just simply because we are still "UNDER CONTRACT" of the house we are buying. She simply just said we won't give you an estimate just for a negotiation tool for the seller in front of everyone. OMG!!! Can you believe it???? I called their office on Monday and although the company couldn't help me as my job didn't meet their minimums, the office personnel that answered the phone was so polite, professional and helpful. They appreciated me calling and gave me the phone number to 2 other companies that could handle my small project. They didn't have to give me that information, but it saved me so much time and efforts trying to find someone that could take care of the issues at my home. I plan on selling my house next year where I will need my house painted, I must say Superior Pro will be the first company I call to get a quote when I am ready. read more

We chose Superior Pro for two reasons.....Dave Baker always recommends them and we got an estimate also from Exovations (Eric Erikson recommends them). Superior Pros estimate was very thorough and timely and came in considerably less than Exovations. There were negatives and positives to our experience, but I think we are satisfied with the work that was done....time will tell. We have a 2 yr. warranty so hopefully any issues will show up in that time, if there are any. read more

I contracted them for hardiplank drip edges and siding. They never finished the work and each new person that came by told me the last person no longer worked for the company (yet each one would miss a section of my house and i'd have to call them and beg them to send someone else. The last guy came without any equipment so he couldn't do anything.). They have a few great employees but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend any company that just leaves a job undone and the customer has to find someone else to do the work - very disappointing! read more

We contacted Superior Pro the first week of June, 2015, to paint the trim on our house, stain the deck and make wood repairs. There were several errors on the emailed estimate that had to be corrected.....but on the 29th we emailed the signed contract and were contacted the next morning to let us know we'd be contacted later that day to schedule the work. We were never contacted so on July 6th we contacted them. After being on hold awhile, we were told the work would be done the week of July 27 - and received an email on the 22nd letting us know we were scheduled for the 27th. No one called or showed up that week. On August 3rd we called to ask where we were on the schedule - our call was returned later that day to tell us Aug. 7th. A carpenter came that day - his work was good but I wasn't too thrilled seeing his assistant smoking a cigarette while he worked on our upper deck. He told us the trim he replaced around the upper back door would be sanded by the painters. Early the second morning of painting, there were 3 guys on the back deck so I went out to tell them it would be okay for our doors to be opened that day - but none of them spoke English so I had to wait on a 4th guy who did. After they finished, there were several handfuls of work debris to pick up, including nails and a couple of cigarette butts. They had used several large landscape rocks outlining our backyard and did not put them back where they found them - so we had to figure out where they'd taken them from and lug them back. Greenery around our lower deck now had a fair amount of brown stain - along with a misting on the small rocks, concrete and solar lights (and some of the solar lights had been broken.) We were shocked to see no sanding was done prior to painting the new trim around the door - it looked horrendous! Old, peeling paint had not been sanded off a prominent window ledge (was just painted over) and there were several places where raw wood had not been painted at all. When they returned, one of the workers let us know he could not sand all the door trim smooth - that it came that way and was impossible to be sanded - so there's a strip that still looks pretty rough (photo posted.) After they left, along one side of the house by the stepping stone path, was an area of paint debris that was a bit messy to clean up. Paint was not scraped from the windows (as stated it would be in the contract) so the workers also had to return again to do that. We definitely were not treated like valued customers and would not recommend this company. read more

Contracted to have house painted in December 16, after being told that they would not paint or caulk on days when temp was to low this precaution was totally ignored. I now have siding seams where the caulk has fallen out and caulking on exterior doors is bad. This was not a issue if the warranty dept actually repaired it, after numerous inquiries i was told that they were thinking about not warranting the caulk anymore because there were so many cases of this happening. read more

this company will rip you a new one!!!! had stucco repair done said it would take 2 days took 4.5 hours charged $1900 ($422.22 hr)ask for price reduction since it only took 4,5 hrs, they lied and said they were there 8 hrs, i was there they lie, they told me more or less to jump in a lake no reduction, lady in accounting just wanted to run her mouth and was very rude sent me e-mail said they would collect by what ever means possible!!!!!!!!!!they send out surveys to the people who will give them a good rating i did not receive one, had price quote for exterior paint ($7200) i have all brick and stone, this was for soffit, garage doors and windows, got 3 other quotes $3800--$4000--$420o this company is very very very rude and totally out of line on pricing read more

Project managers severely lack in communication, Crew did mediocre quality work at best. They would disappear for days to weeks with no work and debris left around my yard. If I am paying a "professional" to do something, it should be better than I can do myself. I will never use them again and highly recommend you go elsewhere. read more

Can't even give them a partial star and they never even did the job. Sales rep was very knowledgeable, prompt and followed up after he came to give the quote. We ultimately decided to go with Superior b/c the company we would rather have used could not schedule us for over a month. I was assured that if I signed the proposal I would get the job scheduled the week I needed. It took a few days for them to even get the proposal to me and my last name on the proposal was someone else's. Then it took several more days to receive a call telling me a project manager had been assigned to the job (close to $6,000). The project manager was to call that Thursday or Friday to tell me when he would come for the walk through and when the crew would start. He never called. I called on Friday asking if I could expect his call before close of business. I was told by the receptionist or whoever she was answering the phone that he would call by the close of business, if not to call back on Saturday. Her customer service skills were sorely lacking, and he never called. I called back on Saturday and told the nice gentleman who answered the phone that if I did not hear by the project manager by the end of the day, I was withdrawing them from the job. Funny thing, the project manager then called with a whole list of reasons why he had not called when he was supposed to have. He then told me that he couldn't tell me when he'd be able to do the walk through or when the crew would start b/c it was supposed to rain for a couple of days and they could not start one job until they finished another. So, I'm wondering why an exterior crew couldn't start my interior job then if it is raining? He said he hoped to be able to start the job at the end of the week. Now, we are out of the agreement for the proposal of the job in the first place. Called the office and told them we were done with SuperiorPro, then put all of this in writing. The poor sales rep who got the shaft in all of this emailed to apologize for something he couldn't control. Sale the goods and then the company can't fulfill. Now, a few hours later the project manager calls and leaves a message that it has all been worked out and they can now start the job as promised. Too late, no trust whatsoever. read more

Well that is odd. Because in your response you indicated that the estimator called me and I stated to you when we spoke that he didn't. Also, I also informed you again, because it seemed you omitted that part is that the estimator in fact, did have my contact information because the day before he asked if he could change the time and I then informed him that the 2PM appointment would be the time. So I don't know why if supposedly he appeared at my home: 1. Why in fact I don't see him on my camera's that surround my home. 2. Why didn't he call me to let me know if was outside. So these imaginary calls that your supposedly estimator conducted, NEVER took place. I didn't hang up I am just not accustomed to someone calling me a blatant liar than expect me to conduct business. I don't stand for that and will never stand for that. So Irvin address whoever that humdrum was who trying to go back/forth and also get the facts correct because this fabrication is B.S. But however, DR. Roof addressed and corrected the problem and they have a 5-star rating from me. read more

We had the exterior and interior of our home painted by Superior Pro. They also did some siding repair work prior to the painting. Overall the work done was very good and our home looks almost brand new. However, there were several glitches along the way that we had to deal with. When they replaced the bad siding, they left a "patch" piece I had installed myself in place. I had to get them to come back out and replace it. Then they dropped the ball on the painting schedule. We were told that after the siding work was completed, the exterior painting would begin a day or two later. We waited and waited and after a week had passed, I called Superior Pro to find out when the painting would start. The lady doing the scheduling said that the siding people never released the work to the painting team. So she scheduled the painting for a couple of days later. Or so I thought. That day came and went and no painters showed up. I called again and they said that the painting had never been scheduled! So I fussed at them and they sent a crew out that day and got started. I went over the work to be done with the foreman and the project manager. I also told them that we had just had brand new carpet put in and to be careful. They said they would. The exterior work went very well and was done in a couple of days. Then they started on the interior. After they had been working for a few hours, I went to check on the work and saw that they were painting the walls the wrong color! The foreman never asked me to verify the paint color before they started. Fortunately they had not gotten very far and were able to get the correct paint color and continue on. Then the big issue occurred. One of the painters took the contents of our laundry room, which included a bottle of bleach, and put it on a canvas tarp in the middle of our upstairs hallway. Of course someone came along and kicked over the bleach bottle. When I discovered it, the bleach had leaked out and soaked through the tarp and into the new carpet. We contacted the PM and Superior Pro did the right thing and credited us the amount needed to replace that hallway carpet. However, it was still an aggravation for us and required another day of renovation work. There were some other minor issues as well. These included the foreman complaining when I asked him to remove an old toilet tissue holder in one of the bathrooms. He did do the work, but I was not happy about his attitude. One of the workers used a bathroom and left the toilet dirty and I had to clean that up. They also broke some light fixtures and outlet covers. They did repair a landscaping light fixture that I found broken,but I did not see the other damage light fixtures until after they had left. I also missed the broken outlet covers because they had been hidden by paint cans strategically placed inf front of them during the final walk through. I give 3 stars because the overall work done was very good and professional looking. I would have given more stars if we had not had the scheduling issues and the bleach on the carpet. read more

We have used Superior Pro to paint our foyer, replace our front door and foyer window, and to paint the outside of our house. They did a great job on all our projects. Our house had quite a bit of carpentry work necessary due to rotted soffit, siding, and window frames, and they did a GREAT job replacing the old wood with no-rot materials. We specifically asked them to put 2 coats of paint on everything (which cost us extra of course) and the paint is good and heavy on everything to help extend the life of the crummy Masonite siding on our house. Scheduling the work was good for the most part and the appointments that were missed were due to weather delays. I would highly recommend them. read more

Expensive. Said the house might take two coats but would not know until they started painting...really? ...and it basically would double the cost. It would have been 10k, Had other vendors give quotes and actually went to see their work. Had the house painted, deck stain and new shutters for less than half that and the quality was some of the best I have seen. Just a word of advice...shop around. read more

Contacted them because of Trust Dale and radio advertisements. They quickly came out and gave estimate. As I read the proposal, I discovered the reason the price looked so good is that they did not identify all the obvious rotten siding to replace. I called and spoke to estimator and emailed him after he agreed to come back and estimate with replacing more siding. Never showed up and would not respond to any further communications. You might trust Dale but I would not trust these guys. If you can't get service before they get your money how would it be after they get your money? I really wanted to do business with them but had to go else where. read more

They have a great salesman. He lies. On too many different areas to list. The project manager assigned just does not return phone calls. Wrong info abounds. We had to threaten to cancel the job in order to, presto!, get the shingles we wanted for our roof. Work keot getting delayed for reason after excuse until another cancellation warning was issued. Their workers are slobs soda cans all over, a power tool left running for nearly 12 hours on OUR electricity...if we had not called, it would still be running, tools were left all over the yard overnight...and on and on...they ALL tool a full hour to go potty, and two for lunch. Although start and stop times were CONSTANTLY emphasized...Work was begun too early in the a.m. and continued too late, in violation of noise codes. We cancelled the painting and gutters, etc. that they were also going to do. Hope the roof does not leak, because we never want to have to talk to these unprofessional jerks again. read more
