Both of my kids were welcomed upon arrival with their names written on a large blackboard wall. They were extra excited that they could watch whatever tv show they wanted WHILE getting their teeth cleaned. Though this feature was available, they ended up being more interested in learning what Dr. Ball and her team were doing. Each tool was introduced to them first and they got to explore them before they were used (ie.feeling the suction on their hands). Everything was tailored to my kid's comfort level from the toothpaste flavor, to the bright lights (cool character sunglasses are provided!), to the survey that is to be completed beforehand asking about any special interests to make conversations and treats personable. When my husband told her to stop calling because we have more important issues right now to deal with (a diagnosis of colon cancer in the family) SHE CONTINUES TO CALL!!!! We cannot get her to stop! It's kid friendly for the littles and yet mature enough if a 16 year old has to come here for dental care.
