It took this company 5 hours to get me to my hotel. I landed 4:40 at MCO, got my bags right away and called the at 5pm. No one showed up till after 5:30 and when they did the driver Smith D. said "I don't care that you're on the list, your out of my way" so I spoke to the dispatcher Gerald, who then said "oh they're just contractors we'll see if we can get you another" no one came for another hour!!!! Aleisha was very kind and helpful she was another driver but her van was full and no one added my name to the list. She tried to get the dispatcher to get me a cab, no cab came. I kept calling dispatch for over an hour and nothing!!!! Then Gerald picked up again and said "oh yea ordered the mears cab 20 min ago!" None came btw! He didn't even know the shuttles were picking up at A22-25 and 42. Now I'm standing there with my 10 year old and it's after 7pm already, so I called Gerald again, he said fine forget the cab and he put me in #329 with Shane. Shane came and was flustered, nothing was working right. He came 7:30 pm and took 20 min to figure out who is getting on the van with him. He had myself and my daughter and then a family of 5 had his info but he didn't have theirs and a lady needed to get on who had been waiting since 4:30 as well, along with another who was waiting since 5 pm. So he packed 9 people in the van - 10 if you count him and we're squished no one could buckle but he was a trooper - I blame dispatch for the confusion. We had to drive 25 min west to drop off First Lady, then dispatch gave the wrong address for the family and we drove 25 min more in the wrong direction. Then had to drive 30 min to the correct location, followed by another 40 min to my location from there!!!!!!! It was 10:05 pm when we got to our hotel after landing 4:40 pm and following instructions provided to a T. I thanked Shane who was kind and patient but I will not do super shuttle again. This was insane and was a waste of our time!!!!! No one apologized btw. We cancelled our following two shuttles with them for the return the following week, we found alternate transportation. read more

Do NOT use SuperShuttle!! I flew in to Orlando and called Super Shuttle for my pick up. I was told they had overbooked and it would be approximately 1 hour before the van showed up. Van finally showed up and then we drove around the airport "looking" for other passengers. 2 hours later, I finally get to my hotel. I had also pre-paid and had included my tip in my prepayment. The driver rolled his eyes at me when I told him this! (Also, the driver told me if I thought waiting for 1 hour was bad, then I had better be glad I had not arrived the day before. People were waiting for over 2 hours!!) Return Trip back to airport was just as bad. I had paid for a 5:15 am pick up. Super Shuttle called me at 4:45 am and said they would be LATE!!!!! There were two other people at my hotel that wouldn't be ready until 5:30 am. 5:30 am came and went. NO SHUTTLE VAN!!!! I called the phone number and was told the van was parked in front of the hotel waiting on me!! WRONG!!!!! The van was not there. Van finally showed up at 5:45 am. Was then told we had to go to another hotel and pick up another passenger! I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER use this company again. What a terrible experience. I rarely need a car service on my Orlando side of travel, but SuperShuttle was just plain bad. Their confirmation told me exactly where and when to meet them for my "Meet & Greet" service. They did not show, so I got my bags and checked there again...still not there. I called and got through to dispatch (eventually), and she said to go to a certain pickup spot. She didn't pay much attention to my concern that they were not where they said they would be and did not call me, even though she is claiming they are overloaded with pickups at the moment (just what every customer wants to hear). So, I went to that spot, and waited 20 more minutes (50 total). I called her again. She is now giving me attitude because apparently I am asking for too much. She said the shuttle is too full and they are now sending an ExecuCar, which should be there any minute. He showed up 20 minutes later. After I gave him an earful, I realized that he was doing all he could to improve the situation. The dispatcher was clearly not good at this and lacked communication and under-delivered on her promises. The driver was great, but the experience was significantly less than promised. It just shouldn't take over an hour to get in the vehicle you scheduled 24 hours in advance. When we arrived in Orlando, SS texted us to let us know that they were there for us and provided a number to call if we needed help. Great drive from MCO to our resort - the driver was friendly, the van was great and we left the airport and got to the resort without any delay.. On the ride back to MCO, we had the best customer support I've ever had from a shuttle company and the best driver ever, Plotinus. When I arrived at the airport, i realized that I had lost a bag back at the hotel. I called SS (thanks to that text they had sent earlier with the number handy), they called Plotinus (who was now finished his work day and on his way home) and he drove back to MCO and didn't leave us until we found my bag. He didn't ever complain about the amount of time this took or make me feel like it was an inconvenience to him. He was committed to helping me and I don't know what I'd done without his help. I'm so grateful to him and to SS for your help. Thankfully, our pick up time was early enough that this didn't affect our travel plans at all - we still had plenty of time to drop our bag, and get to our gate early. read more

I rode SuperShuttle for the first time ever mid-afternoon on 12/12/13 from deep within Disney World grounds to the Orlando airport after a 3-day, 2000-mile drive to deliver a commercial vehicle. I made my reservation about 30 hours in advance, then ran into delays just prior to delivery. I contacted SuperShuttle immediately, and their dispatchers went out of their way to accommodate my delay, only to discovery upon arrival at DW, & unbeknownst to me, I was located in a secured, limited access area of the grounds. Cool heads prevailed, the dispatcher & driver met the challenge, I was picked up within 15 minutes of my re-re-rescheduled(!) pickup time, and made it to the airport with time to spare. Dispatchers, driver, safe driving habits, & vehicle condition get my highest Stamp of Excellence service award! (all for only $25 -what a bargain!). read more

This is the third time we have used Super Shuttle Orlando. The service is great. As long as you remember that you are sharing rides with folks staying at different hotels all over town and it could take significant time to arrive at your hotel, you will be able to appreciate the service and dollar savings you get from sharing a ride. If you are in a hurry to get to your hotel, I would suggest biting the bullet and paying the much higher cost of hiring a taxi. I have always found the drivers to be very friendly and helpful. I always plan on a long commute time and when it is shorter, I am even more glad I used Super Shuttle. So, if you are on vacation, relax and enjoy the ride and the dollar savings. My plane arrived a few minutes early and super shuttle picks me up late telling me i have to walk to the other side of the airport to be picked up. Then dropped me at the wrong hotel. I waited.... And waited... To speak with a manager... And waited... When he finally got on the phone, I said it is my understanding we have over 800 room nights at the lake Buena vista location. I personally have promoted your service and now I have concern. Can you guarantee our experience or offer a discount to our national group to ensure we use your service? Wonderful experience with SuperShuttle from our resort lobby to Orlando Airport. Online reservation was easy, with ability to add specific instructions, and online payment could include gratuity. Price was better than the other shared van services by $3 each person. I esp liked the "Where's My Van" online feature - I was able to track exactly where my van was, on a map. The last time I checked, he was already only a half mile away :-) at 15 minutes before pickup time.The blue van was easy to identify and I saw it pass by and turn around. He phoned my cell just as we saw each other. The van was brand new and Hugo was a very pleasant driver. We were the only passengers on that trip. My son flew alone for the first time and I was nervous about the shuttle service meeting him and getting him to his college campus. To make matters worse, his plane was delayed almost 2 hours. We contacted Super Shuttle of the delay and they told us no problem! My husband and I used SuperShuttle service for traveling from Orlando Airport to Enterprise Car Rental on East Colonial Drive and then returning back to the airport at the end of our vacation. Everything about the service was great - from telephone agents and online booking to the professional and courteous drivers and clean vans. By using SuperShuttle we saved hundreds of dollars!! They were cheaper then taxis and by traveling to an off site car rental location we avoided the exorbitant prices of the onsite car rentals. My driver to the Airport from SpringHill Marriott on Friday October 4 was polite, courteous, on time, got me to the airport in plenty of time. It was altogether a great experience. SuperShuttle get the word out more! Some / many still do not know about this spectacular service! Maybe putting a courtesy phone in the Baggage Claim or in the Rental Car areas (depending on airport policy for this type of thing) with a poster / billboard stating the availability and nature of your service and the savings to be derived is a start! I have taken Super Shuttle in LA and have had lousy service for the most part. The price was $40 for about 12 miles which is more expensive in Orlando then LA. We had confirmed reservations and called the local number and got no reply and finally went to 800 number. They had a good pick up location and fairly short wait. One other group was with us and their hotel was a few miles out of the way. Good driver and for a shared ride service was fairly quick. I know this service can be a hit or miss sometimes, but this time it was good. read more

A little nervous about being picked up on time but I was ready early and actually got a call from the driver double checking where I would be waiting. I told him and then he asked if I was ready. I found SuperShuttle to be cheaper, faster and friendlier than Mears in the Orlando area. Mears didn't even offer shuttle pricing from hotel to MCO. When I clicked "Shuttle" on the Mears site it took me to a $57 limo with no shuttle option. SuperShuttle cost me $20, to which I happily added a nice driver tip. read more
