I was able to get an appointment quickly and Matt kept me updated on his arrival time. He was very professional and even kept me updated when he was finished and made sure to say good-bye. Matt worked for over an hour to try to get the odor out. Unfortunately I can't get smell out even though he said, " I used the strongest deodorizer that I have, let it sit and washed both sides multiple times. I'm sorry that's all I could've done for it." We even sprayed enzymes on it and set it outside to see if getting fresh air would help. We ended up throwing it away. Matt did give me a recommendation for a product to use, which I will buy just in case my cats do this again.

We bought new carpet about three years ago (spending $10,000) so we want to keep it nice. I've used several other carpet cleaning companies over the years (Zerorez, ClearCo, and a few others that I cannot recall). While I wasn't disappointed with the others, I wasn't impressed. In fact, Zerorez sent only one guy out and it took him all of 45 minutes to do my entire home, with stairs! I new the carpet wasn't clean. This time, I did my research, and....gulp...spent some money doing it the right way. Mustang was my choice and I knew I was taking a risk by spending TWICE what I would have normally spent, but, as I said above, you get what you pay for. I wasn't interested in a company that just came out to do some "steam extraction". I've had that in the past and it left me feeling "dirty" after just a couple of months. Mustang actually brushed the carpet. They vacuumed, then they pretreated, then they scrubbed, then they steamed and then they extracted and raked. They sent three guys (one of which was the owner) and it took them 2-1/2 hours to do my home. So, yes, I know it's clean. And the difference is awesome! I will definitely be using their services again. Were they pricey? Yeah, a bit. But when I compared them with the service that I received from the other companies, it was no-contest. Hands-down I'd use Mustang again. And they cleaned the tile floors before they left!! Don't settle for mediocrity. Listen, I'm a cheap-o. I like to save money where I can, but I will NOT be compromising when it comes to cleaning my carpets ever again. I give this review as a public service announcement. If you are planning on selling your house and you need your carpets cleaned....be careful if you use Mustang. You will likely decide not to sell your house after all. :)

This was my first time getting my couch cleaned, it wasn't very dirty because I keep it covered but it just felt like it was time. Dave was so friendly, gave my two dogs lots of love and we chatted while he cleaned the couch and I cleaned the kitchen, it was fun! 10/10 recommend!

Due to the age and condition of the carpets, he had to use more carbonated water than normal. Because of this the carpets took much longer to dry. I really liked working with Dave as he too explained what he was doing with each step of the process. I now have a carpet cleaner company that I will use when I need one.
