A rep named Carlos came right over to assist me. His experience was evident, plus he was genuine in his effort and care in helping me. He was so kind. I first gathered color samples (from a wide selection) to take back home, to be sure they'd work. They did. I returned the next day to buy the paint. Carlos, again, was so helpful, as was Cameron, who helped me pick an angled brush, and a nice young lady behind the counter helped as well. It was like my own team of professionals assisting me - in my purchase of a quart of paint. This level of service was impressive in times when customer service is not as common as it once was. At the register, more good news: there was a sale, so I got 40% off the 'Duration' primer/paint all-in-one Interior paint; a happy surprise and a great value. At home, the coverage was beautiful. I was painting over a saturated, Dark color, and was pleasantly surprised that just one coat of Sherwin Williams paint covered it completely! I also notice Sherwin Williams paints in many high-end decorating magazines; I now see why. I'm a new fan. I'm going back this week for more paint to refresh our dining room. On certain days they will do sales on different types of merchandise. I went here a few days ago and they were doing a sale on jewelry, 50% off. I have actually found lots of pet items for my own pets at home...collars, bells for collars, potty pads, toys, etc. I've also found quite a few trinkets. It's downright eerie. Every Hobby Lobby is staffed with the same identical employees. I don't have any hard proof yet,but I suspect that they are cloned from the five original employees being kept cryogenically frozen in a secrete warehouse somewhere deep in the Nevada desert, before being shipped out to their stores. Each location has the same bunch of overflowing aisles, overwhelming the senses with excited women and teenagers desperately searching for that special something. If they can't find that something special they'll just settle for anything, because by entering a Hobby Lobby they've already agreed to the unspoken rule requiring they buy something while their tag along husbands and boyfriends wear the same bored or exasperated looks. Hobby Lobby will have what you need if you go there. Because if you think you need something from Hobby Lobby then you already know they will have it. There just isn't any point in comparing this H.L. to any other Hobby Lobby because they are ALL identical, in each and every way: wonderful, packed with people and merch, and guaranteed to be wherever you need one.

So we told them and she was very rude stating well it's not the same one so it's a different price and it's part of textiles and not the spring shop so they looked it up online and the price was more than the other one. Well, they looked at the wrong one because after we left the store, we did not purchase the mat because it was more money, I found it on the website and it was under the spring shop and it was the price that we thought it was. So now we got to miss out on the mat that we wanted when it was the last one and it's sold out online. I really wish they would be trained to be nicer to customers because it's very frustrating. I swear it's a requirement when they're hiring people that they need to be rude.

Sunday July 5th I went to Kohl's to return an Amazon package, this is the Kohl's off of signal…read moreButte and baseline; after returning my item, I was walking over to the kitchen supplies to look around all of a sudden four kids, I say kids they were about 13 or 14 roaming the store as one comes up to me and told me that his phone died and would I mind giving him the time, I pulled out my phone from my pocket gave him the time which was 2:18 PM as I was holding my phone in my hand he takes his phone and connects it to mine and it made a noise which my first thought was oh no, I've just been scammed, thinking all my data information from my phone was transferred to his, I looked up at him and asked what did you just do ? and he replied. Oh I'm sorry Cash app I only needed $20. It took me totally by surprise looking at my phone pulling up my information to make sure nothing was transferred. I looked up and they were walking down the aisle as I looked up the kid looks at me and I started walking towards him and he knew he better run. All four of them saw me and ran out the store. I don't know what these parents are teaching these kids or keeping them under control for them to go around doing this to people, but it's horrifying to know these kids are learning this crap at this Young of age. I called my bank canceled my card or put my card on hold went back into the store told one of the clerks what happened and she paged the manager the manager came up to me and I explained to her what happened and I told her I needed help on this or what can I do.? Oh, I'm sorry ma'am as her reply we really can't do anything. I asked her if she can pull up the video to see who these kids were, and she was unwilling to do so, even though this was a horrible situation knowing these kids are gonna go out doing it to other people she was unwilling to help me Out, this manager, which I won't name names, but if she reads this she will know who she is, and that was unacceptable as a manager, not wanting to help one of her customers knowing these kids were trying to scam me and I'm sure they're going around to other stores doing it to other people keep a lookout people when you go to Kohl's if something like that happens, they will not help you management is horrible. Hopefully this will not happen or these kids will get caught and punished. Beware this man should be ashamed of herself.

I had some new sandals that the velcro fastener came off of and I took them into Village Bootery…read moreand Repair. He resewed all the velcro fasteners so they wouldn't come off in the future. He was quick and did a very nice job. I would highly recommend this shop.
