The point I'd like to make is that electronics, whether in commercial or military aviation or home entertainment can have glitches.

Shortly after install the washer was malfunctioning. It was shaking so badly that anything on to went flying. I called Samsung. After weeks of waiting I was told that there are no service providers in our area. No service for two brand new machines! I called the store. They called Samsung. I started going to the laundromat. I called a regular service company in the area who came right out. They said that the bracket that holds the drum in place was broken and no parts were available for Samsung machines. Back to the store and Samsung. Home Depot would not exchange the machines for an alternate brand. Long story short Samsung finally found a new identical machine. Delivery 8 months later. Not two months later new machine same thing. I call Home Depot. The manager of the Williston VT store dismisses me like a bothersome child. Call Samsun. Do you have a direct number? No. Why does Home Depot still carry a brand that you know does not have service? She said, "Lots of stores do that." I asked how Home Depot can charge hundreds of dollars for en extended warranty that can not be used? She said, "Call Samsung." After explaining that we have been customers of Home Depot for over 30 years and am extremely disappointed, she said in the most dismissive way possible, "Is there anything else?" So from Williston Home Depot to a loyal customer a big FU. I guess my appliance replacement and kitchen renovation will be from Lowes.

From purchase through Julia Cozza to the delivery, was an exceptional experience. Julia handled my multitude of questions with concern and clarity. The delivery was spot on time, gave me a call 15 minutes out. I live in a very old house with narrow doorways and steep steps. Jack and Ray delivered these appliances after many measurements, without any complaints as to the difficulty. Took off my doors with great care and hauled these heavy appliances up my narrow back steps weaving around a railing where there was not 1/4 inch to spare. They took care and time with all aspects, from Jack showing me tips of how to use the induction range to Ray making sure I was careful about putting frozen food into the freezer before it was at the temperature required. I truly valued their help and most important to me, was their attitude of concern towards me, the homeowner and the respect it reflected towards Bouchard Pierce. I will never shop anywhere else, ever.

While the sales staff and installation teams were both friendly and knowledgeable, we have now had the worst customer service experience I've had in decades. Fair warning! In less than 5 weeks, a knob broke on the range making the burner inoperable. It's now been over 7 weeks since we reported it and we are yet to get it fixed. In the interim, another knob has broken. We are out $6k and the customer service team could honestly care less. Their communication has been basically nonexistent and the two times we've had to call to follow up, the sales rep was incredibly rude, interrupting me constantly and passing the buck on down the line to anyone she could think of- throwing her sales team under the bus, blaming Bertazzoni, and basically telling us that neither she nor Bouchard-Pierce were remotely responsible. I run a global customer success and services team and if any of my colleagues treated a customer the way we've been treated, they'd be terminated immediately. While I understand that there are constraints in any system, I know what decent customer service looks like and this is NOT IT. I hate that I can't recommend these folks because I am a very loyal local business supporter but this has been a truly terrible experience.

While the appliance itself has proven to be satisfactory, the overall service left much to be desired. Initially, the sales person suggested that I order an additional accessory (hundreds of dollars!!) assuring me that it could be returned if it turned out to be unnecessary. This promise influenced my decision, as I felt reassured/pressured about the purchase. However, when I realized I didn't need the extra item, I attempted to return it only to find out that the return policy was not flexible as I had been led to believe. The sales person was standing outside when we drove up, we took out our box and didn't even go into the store when he denied us. I was met with such resistance. This experience not only left me frustrated but also feeling misled by the company's promises. I would recommend exercising caution when dealing with Cocoplum, especially regarding their return policies. While the appliances they sell might be of good quality, the customer service aspect has a significant room for improvement. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for future buyers. We recently had to purchase a new fridge as well (after Cocoplum purchase), we avoided this company at all cost and purchased through Lowe's Go to Home Depot or Lowe's that WILL accept your return!

On December 17th, our furniture was delivered, the space it was to be set up in had just been refinished. The hardwood Cherry floor was flawless and as a measure to assist with the delivery I put down a waterproof paper to help prevent any damage from foot traffic. The guys brought the pieces in but they needed to assemble the furniture. I was working a couple of rooms away when I heard and felt some very loud banging. When I went to check on them, the couch was in one piece. I inspected the furniture and it looked good. When My wife got home from work, we removed the floor covering and moved the furniture into its final location. That is when we discovered the damage. Attached are the photos of the dents. This took a great deal of force. I immediately contacted Bob's customer service, They opened a claim and I was told that someone would be in touch with me in the next 36 hours, 48 hours passed and I contacted them, Long story short, this cycle continued. Eventually they passed this off to the delivery company to deal with my claim, shockingly they determined that this was not their fault, they stated that there was floor protection down (otherwise known as paper) and that the furniture was not heavy enough to leave those dents. The part about the furniture being assembled by force they conveniently forgot about. Im unclear as to why Bob's passed this off to their sub, but a company like this is not going to take any responsibility for their actions. I've attached a snapshot of this company's online reviews and you can make up your own mind on what kind of business they are. So From Bob's, customer service you are going to speak with very polite people, they will all tell you that they are sorry and this shouldn't of happened, you will hear that someone will be calling you within X number of hour and then nothing, then when you call the cycle starts all over again. You will hear things like sorry this happened, we are escalating this, a manager will contact you and on and on. The one and only "manager" I spoke with I asked who from Bob's overseas the individual claims and she said it doesn't go to one person, I asked well how do you know things are getting resolved - She had no answer. Bottom line, to date I am no closer to getting this resolved that I was back on the 17th.
