We had NO practices and played ZERO games for the spring season. It is very unbecoming, unprofessional and discriminating of a company to behave in this manor. For the select team families that were denied any real compensation, I urge you to reach out and email and call Danae Heuett (Executive Director) and demand compensation. I am centrally located. I ask if any other option and she replied with, she can join a U14 or get a refund. I requested a refund, because she is 11 years old. We were so excited and bought all new gear. Then it takes over a day for reception to respond and says 7 days for a refund. Bye. I have put my kids in this program twice. 6th grade and 8th. This year has been a really bad…read moreexperience with refs not knowing their jobs or the rules and favoritism. Refs need to be prepared for games like our kids are. This really gets to me, so far this year panthers are in the top. We are playing them right now and at half time thier coaches speech really just upset me. Panthers are winning at the moment, but the coaches sat there and told their kids if they didn't get up and quit being lazy they were going to regret it all next week. This is what I don't understand if your team is already winning and ahead why do you got to make them be such a dick to begin with. The league really needs to be a part of the huddles and the speeches the coaches are giving to all the teams. Our coach is actually really good about giving speeches and about being fair to everybody. So far Panthers are not. I guess being threatened to run or you're going to be in trouble if you're not winning by a great amount for the Panthers seems a little weird doesn't it? This isn't the NFL it's 8th grade football. Only reason I signed my son up this year was because he wanted to play with his friends. Or I would not ever come back to this league. Even in 6th grade we have nothing but issues with referees and other teams playing dirty it's not just the Panthers but today I have seen why they are number one if you have a coach / dad like that I can see why

They should have still held the lessons regardless of number of attendees. This is extremely frustrating since we are both working parents with two toddlers and very busy and took lots of time to find these lessons. This company fails to understand that people need to sign up for classes ahead of time so this screwed us over since we could have signed our son up for swimming lessons instead but now it's too late. Thanks a lot for leaving us hanging and for the terrible treatment. We will NOT be trusting this company ever again.

However, whenever I figured out that they would pretty much be just running around a field. I sought out to get a refund and called the coordinator over 10 times trying to get a refund after the first "track meet". I never got a return of a call after leaving several voicemails, or even an email back from the three emails I sent. I wish that I would have known it would have been like this and I wouldn't have joined the program and lost out on $166. I enrolled my daughter and her cousin in the program so I lost out on money that I could have put towards a real track program. It just sucks.
