Stay away from this place. I only brought my work truck here because my regular mechanic was sick and I needed to get back on the road. Big mistake. I told them right from the start I was pretty sure it was the alternator. Their "expert" argued with me, insisted it was the computer (PCM), and tried to quote me $4,800. I didn't trust it, so I took my truck back. Sure enough, once my regular mechanic looked at it, it was just the alternator. The worst part happened later. The owner, Robert, texted me admitting his tech messed up ("technician misdiagnosed the vehicle") and refunded my diagnostic fee. That was fair. But then he tried to offer me a free oil change if I would "show forgiveness" (delete my bad review). I said no way. A free oil change doesn't make up for the 3 days of work I missed (that's over $2,000 in lost income) because my truck was sitting there for nothing. If I didn't know about trucks, they would've taken $4,800 from me for a part I didn't even need. Don't risk it. read more

Not for your average joe. Brought my truck in for a repair quote, it took two weeks & $380. They gave me a super high quote, took it to another smaller shop they were able to shave a few thousand dollars off. This place is full of commercial vehicles & probably don't need the money from a standard diesel repair. Also it was impossible to get anyone on the phone within those two weeks. Took my truck in for a simple fix ended up paying $2k with more problems, Robert kept telling me different stories all bs not trustworthy

Took my truck in to get injectors done. As I find out my valve dropped and the brand new injectors I got were no good. The injectors didn't sit right that's why the valve dropped and then they blamed me for it I drove the truck 60 miles so why does the piston look OK still. I don't recommend the shop. Not sure why this place has 5 stars but the following was my experience : I took my truck in for an issue I was having with my coolant level dropping when the truck was parked for more than 12 hours, with no signs of coolant on the floor anywhere. When I dropped the truck off I agreed to a diagnostic that would be costing me $150. They got back to me a couple days later saying they found the issue and that the part would need to be special ordered but the cost for the diagnostic to find the leak was now $360 because they said it took longer to find . I said ok, fine . I decided to do the repair on my own. I then asked if they can do my oil change and I would provide the filters and the oil and he agreed. I ended up paying a total of $740. Recap, I paid $740 to find a coolant leak and for oil change in which I provided the oil and filters, minus 1 gallon of oil and 1 filter that didn't fit- which I couldn't return to the part store because it looked contaminated. FINE! I paid what they wanted, even though they are extremely over priced but that's not why I took the time out of my busy day to write this and give 1 star. The reason I am giving 1 star is because when the truck was ready. I went to pick it up but due to negligence and lack of knowledge the truck wouldn't start and the owner or the contact for the business, the one that answers the phone, the person responsible for this business establishment who goes by Robert decided he couldn't wait around while his workers were attempting to start the truck and that he had somewhere to be. My whole issue is, if you're going to run a business and be the main point of contact and then bail right at the moment when there are problems with my truck, that never existed before I brought it into his shop. After Robert left, my truck finally got started but my check engine light came on and my cruise controls will not set on speed now. I don't even feel comfortable taking back to this establishment for the issues they caused. Take your truck to a dealer, Robert has better things to do than to deal with generous clients.
