Supreme Concrete Company was delightful to work with. The supervisor,Bill Gray actually arrived the very same day that I called for an appraisal. Now that's service !!! He took measurements and had an estimate to me in two days. The price was very reasonable and the finished product was outstanding The crews for each segment of the project were very professional and polite. If a question arose, it was reassuring to always be able to hear from Bill or Darla, office manager. The project involved removing a concrete driveway and replacing the material with pavers. I then added steps and Bill's expertise and knowledge resulted in a lovely conclusion. The owner, Ricardo checked in frequently and added constructive changes, if needed. The project took ten days because of weather delays - snow, otherwise it would have been finished in four days. I was so pleased with the driveway that I had the company address my stamped concrete patio in back. First they power washed it , then re stained and sealed the entire area. I talked to their iron-welding expert , Jeremy who came up with creative ideas for hand rails for both the front and back. I'm very pleased with the results of both projects. I was premature with my past review. Because of recent rain events, my patio continues to flood from rain water. The original construction did not take into effect the slope of the yard, as I had stipulated, and the grade was not excavated enough to account for run on/off conditions. As a result, my patio continues to flood during rain storms. Thankfully it does not rain this much very often. read more

AMAZING WORK! There's so much to say and I can't thank them enough for their stellar work. They were timely, clean, respectful of property and quick. We had cement work that was damaged terribly from the day we bought our home 7 years ago. I tried getting people to come out and help, but our job was too small. Some committed and never showed up so I gave up. Until someone mentioned supreme concrete. Jax came out and surveyed it, and Rudy and his team did the work. Ricardo and the crew are awesome to begin with. They do good work, however if something goes wrong with the pavers says that they will warranty it, but I've tried to get them out here a few times to fix my pavers and he ghosted me. I would like to recommend these guys, but I just can't because they say they guarantee their work but in all honesty they don't. Use someone else. read more

Bill came out and did an assessment for two different projects we have pending: laying a large concrete pad for a patio area for a hot tub and the concrete curbing trim around the front lawn. We received a quote from the company for $880 for the curbing and scheduled the work. It came out beautifully and the workers did a nice job of cleaning up the walkways although there is a lot of concrete dust and rocks and debris in the lawn itself. My issue is we received the final invoice for $1440. 61% higher than their quote. Seems like that completely negates the purpose of getting a quote to begin with. A final bill (no extra work added in too what we had originally requested) that is 10-15% higher I wouldn't have thought twice about, but 60% higher in not acceptable. We will NOT be giving them the contract for the quote that was in the $15,000 range. read more

They were amazing from start to end during the concrete driveway repair work with great skills and efficiency.

sadly we had a beautiful paver patio done year before last, and they forgot to put the metal border around 1/2 of the edge and corner and the pavers are sinking and the sand is draining out when it rains. I've called twice, and zurelli told me they can't fix it because it's no longer under warranty! the metal concrete strip should have been added when they completed it and we didn't notice they forgot to add it until the pavers started undermining. Don't know how to fix this rather large blemish now to our backyard patio! read more

This place is horrible! They started working at our complex around 630 am with loud trucks offloading equipment and beeping. Then they started in with jackhammers at 7am on the dot- in an apartment complex hallway! When I asked the foreman on site if it was necessary to start so early, he told me that it's their normal start time, and I should go back to my apartment and let them work. I explained to him that I am a war veteran with documented PTSD, on disability for ptsd/war related issues, and the sound of being woken up by a jackhammer was extremely reminiscent to machine gun fire and was quite triggering... He laughed And then he told me I was "talking out of my ass." And that he didn't give one shit about veterans or anyone else in our complex.. if we "had a problem, he's right here...come deal with it" Completely unprofessional and uncompassionate to the situation. Most companies in our town, respect veterans, and would be more than happy to at least have some sort of dialogue in this type of situation... Not this place. They didn't give one shit. They just talked amongst themselves mocking my issues and laughing at the situation... I guess if you want to hire a place that frowns upon veterans and the effort we put in to make America free.. then this is your pick. If not, then this place can go suck it like the many other assholes who hate America.. read more

I've used this company twice now. Once strictly for concrete and once several years later for concrete and landscaping/irrigation. The concrete is beautiful and high quality as is the rest of the landscaping. Their crews work fast and their management is willing to work with you to modify or adjust plans on the fly. We decided to get a walkway put in our front yard to compliment our gazebo that they had also built. These amazing people got the entire walkway done in less than 2 days and had been very understanding throughout the entire way. At approximately 7:00 am Supreme Concrete arrived at my apartment complex. They began using jack hammers to tear up the sidewalk. Although there was notice given, the notice was anything but clear and concise. The notice refers to street parking. NOT parking lot parking. The cones that were put down that state no parking, were put on the street. NOT the parking lot. The notice DOES NOT state anything about work being done in the hallways of the complex. However, it does refer to driveway and street access. When one of the tenants made an attempt to discuss the noise level with the owner, the owner stated, "if there is a problem, come downstairs and do something about it." The jack hammering took about 1 hour. With that being said, why couldn't the work be done after 10:00 am? Overall, the owner should have handled the situation a lot different. When work is being done in an apartment complex, notice of the work being done should include accurate locations. This was completely unprofessional, as well as unacceptable! read more

Supreme Concrete service, workmanship, dependability, and customer service were all AWFUL!!! Stay away from this business. From the begining of the bid to the end of the job, there were issues accompanied with much heartache and frustration. A representative for Supreme Concrete came over to give an estimate for the job. Not only did he under bid the job, he did not list or define the labor and material needed to be used. The bid was estimated to be roughly $14,000.00. We were having a gunite pool installed and Supreme was going to do the coping around the pool, a retaining wall, boulders, and 4 foot wide stamped concrete boarder around the coping. Once the job began, there were more than 2 "no call no shows" were the company was slated to poor concrete. My huband or I made multiple arrangements (time off work) to be home to assure that everything went well with the pour and each time no one ever showed up. Not a phone call or returned phone call from us. The total job took 4 MONTHS, absoulutely ridiculous!!!! And each time that they didn't show up, a phone call was made to the company, which was met each time with annoyance by the owner Ricardo. He had a nack for constantly changing the subject and then he'd talk about how great his company was, never owning up to the fact that his customer service and dependability were sub par. During the job, they completely destroyed our backyard by tracking out the sod, digging up trenches, then not replacing the top soil or sod. As well as burying big sections of our border around the lawn. Ricardo the owner said that we should have been told about the potential damage that would be made while bringing in the boulders. Again as stated above, that was not conveyed to us during the bid/estimate. To make matters worse, after all the damage was done, he didn't want to fix all the landscape that his employees made. Stating, "he wasn't responsible for it." Really? So you mean if I have a company come in and replace my kitchen cabinets and in doing so they destroy my kitchen and entry way floor. I am responsible for the damage?? That is essentially what Ricardo said to us. So, after a month of trying to get him to fix the damage, he finally agreed but under duress. So as you read this you are probably thinking, things couldn't get worse. Well it did. According to the pool company that we used, Supreme Concrete covered our water leveler with the coping. After speaking with Ricardo, multiple times, the final conversation essentially was left at him saying 1.) that I the homeowner moved the water leveler and they didn't know about it. 2.) they didn't cover it with concrete. 3.) he was too busy to fix the mistake. However, from the get go Ricardo was in constant communication by phone, as well as face to face conversations at the property to discuss how to do the job with the pool supervisor. He knew exactly where the water leveler was and was told multiple times to not cover it. The water leveler isn't something that you can move since it is fixed to a water pipe. And lastly, his company made a mistake and now they are to busy to fix it?? WOW, great customer service. So to finalize this disgruntled homeowners review, don't use this company. The job ended up costing us $5000.00 more, the grand total came to $19,000.00. That is a significant difference from what we agreed upon. And then to add insult to injury we have so much damage to fix. UNBELIEVABLE! I just had an expensive (but very cost competitive) Zero Landscaping project done on my new yard (it was dirt when I bought the house). A small area of grass was preserved in front. I used Supreme Concrete and Summerscape Landscaping (owned by same owner, sales force handles both companies, and provides an integrated estimate/invoice). A fantastic company and the outcome was much superior to my original design. By the way, the final invoice balanced perfectly with the final estimate. Several work order changes occurred but were due to things I wanted changed. What was done was rock landscaping, paver block laying, sitting wall installation, and a patio step on top of the patio paver block. The management and workers at Summerscape Landscaping / Supreme Concrete were just fantastic to work with. Rick Wyllie, the owner Ricardo, and the lead pavers/landscapers and all the employees I met were a real pleasure to work with. They provided me design improvement ideas, and were very diligent in ensuring that as the project went along, that the work was superbly done to my satisfaction. I am so glad I picked them. read more
