Car was advertised as "Runs & Drives Awesome", "Transmission shifts great" "There are no issues at…read moreall with this georgeous Gwagon I mean None." I received the car and it was missing the drive shaft part, E-brake lines were chopped, the radiator fan rubbing against the grill, and the gas pedal was not bolted to the car - it literally fell to the side, and car was not running to any surprise which was never disclosed by Farhan - The Ad was completely deceptive. in fact the Transport company issued an Inoperable bill of lading - including a written statement that it was inoperable prior to it being loaded - The statement said that Farhan used a winch he purchased at Walmart to put the car on the hauler since it wasn't running unbeknownst to me as I was advised there are no issues. Farhan claims to have a few excuses - The first, that he sent 2 videos of the car running - False - The first video shows the car on the car hauler, and the 2nd video is of the Car hauler driving away - of course he doesn't have the video of the car driving up on the car hauler because the car never was inoperable. He also says the car was "Sold As is" - you can't say a car, "runs & drives awesome", "there are no issues at all" and then ship a car without a transmission? Deception doesn't hold up in court. The last alibi he is trying to hold onto is that the delivery receipt says, "Everything Good Runs Good" - The problem with that is I have a 2nd statement statement from the transport company that Farhan wrote that - in fact, the drivers doesn't speak English and the handwriting appears to be the same exact handwriting of Farhan's - Interesting. He is so far into this lie that he can't get out of it. My mechanic also advised to get my money back as there were thousands of dollars in repairs and deemed it unsafe (The AC cable is also rubbing against metal to metal with the Steering column). There is always 2 sides to a story right? I also found out that "Farhan" did this EXACT same thing this year to another individual and I have a statement that it was shipped not disclosing the issues with the vehicle only to cost this individual thousands of dollars in repairs. The statement at the end says, "Lied about every detail of the car then forced me to leave good feedback prior to receiving the car threatening to hold to the title." "This is a terrible company and a he is a horrible lying misleading human being" "I saved all emails and text in which Farhan severely mislead me" - Whether or not this statement is true, I can say with 100% certainty that's what they [Farhan] did to me and I have all documentation as proof! Myself and the transport company also tried to set up a conference call with the Naz Auto [Farhan] and asked for permission to record the call and it was declined and the phone disconnected. The Transport Company and myself were not surprised! This company now has a file with the Federal Trade Commission, FBI, Consumer Protection Agency and the Department of Transportation which holds their licenses. Ebay has also been notified and they say that Farhan is in violation of selling a vehicle offline, unbeknownst to me as the transaction should have went through the website. If you have any issues with this dealer - Farhan / Fatima you should contact the department of transportation. An investigator has been assigned to this case and are submitting for a hearing. You can also file with the Federal Trade Commission, FBI, and the Consumer Protection Agency.
