This is the first time I've felt compelled to leave a review, so hopefully that tells you something. First time i used Frank was last week, when our office needed the carpet cleaned in a unit our company was vacating. I contacted him online, sent a few pics, and got a quote back fast for a reasonable price (half of what our weekly maid service wanted). You get a text when he is on the way, and he was very flexible. At the end, the carpet looked fantastic (for 15 year old carpet). A closet that i had spackled to cover up removed shelving was wrecked, as i had not laid down sheeting before spackling. Frank got every piece up. So we invited him back today to clean our main office. I will likely hire him to come clean my house as well, which has stains from 3 cats. Very satisfied. read more

I highly recommend this company. I have a new puppy and a child. I haven't had my carpet cleaned in about 4 years. Frank was able to remove paint, red wine stains, puppy piddle, juice, cancel wax, and anything else you can think of as a result of toddlers/young children (and clumsy mom haha)! I tried self removal of my stains over the years but definitely impressed how he was able to get out stains that had already set! Dexter should hire him . Anyway, the prices are affordable and competitive. He and his assistant were professional and timely. He also communicates promptly. I will definitely be calling him back in 6 months or so! Had to write a review. Frank actually answers his phone on the first try. So refreshing... Provided a window for arrival and then sent messages updating his time. He was ON TIME. Did an excellent job and was actually on his hands and knees at one point doing detail work on the corners of the floor. He did not know I was watching. He takes pride in his work and when I asked him, he said, "It was his vocation for 20 years". Was proud to talk about his experience and how he has the tools for every floor need. Stripping floors is no easy job and he was excellent. Highly recommend him. My floors look new. He even gave me some tips that will save me time and money in the future. Was referred by a friend to Frank, the owner, and could not be more pleased! In the past, I had my carpets cleaned by a large corporation - and all they wanted to do was sell me each indivudal service possible, after advertising for much less. Frank and Supreme Flooring & Cleaning came in put a pre-treatment on my carpet and It was INCLUDED in the price! With the pre-treatment, hot water cleaning, and deoderizor I was absolutely impressed! I will be referring Frank to any/everyone I know that needs carpet cleaning. Absolutely flawless experience. Not only on time during time frame given, professional, and services far exceeded my expectations. I actually had a stain over 3 years old and almost a foot in diameter that was dark brown, almost black, on tan carpet that he said he'd treat. I told him I didn't expect it to be perfect but better helps. 3 days later and it shows no signs of reappearing. Don't bother with the steam only company, or any other carpet cleaning company in the Chicagoland area...go directly to Supreme Flooring and Cleaning. And if you can get Frank Gresham to do the cleaning you've hit the jackpot. I had tried the steam only cleaning service, and most of my pet (puppy) stains were not completely removed. Frank Gresham was on time and sprayed the long time existing stains first, to loosen the stain, then came back over the whole carpet slowly and with care and...voila! my carpet looks new again. Frank did terrific work for a great price! I've used the brand carpet cleaners in the past with passable results. Frank is professional and knowledgable. He arrived on time and completed the work sooner than expected. I will use him again as needed and refer him to family and friends. Frank completes the work himself without a helper, so not sure how the negative post could refer to "they"? He is very customer service oriented -- Returned on one job IN CHICAGO to fix an area of the carpet successfully.
