I highly recommend this company. Steven, the owner/co-owner, manifests why we should support family-owned and small businesses. I'll put my bottom line up front: Steven is honest, transparent, patient, and extremely diligent. He spent over six hours in our home going through every nook and cranny, patiently answering all our questions during that time. We've been facing a mouse problem for the past few weeks. It was an occasional issue over the past few years but has become a home-wise issue. We had a major company on contract and they were frankly lazy and let the problem fester. We found out about Hubert Moore via Yelp. Steven was quick to respond and was forthright about his availability. Also gave us clear pre-visit instructions. Steven went through EVERY corner of the home. Even behind appliances. Filled the holes through where mice could travel around or into the home. He had a set, comprehensive methodology and applies it throughout the home. In contrast, every employee who comes from the big company we had on contract tries something a little different but never does a complete job. None spent more than half an hour. Steven is so professional, thorough and honest. We first found this company through Yelp last year when we moved into our new home. We needed assistance with the crazy amount of cave crickets in and around the house--Steven came in, thoroughly assessed everything, patched up areas that could be the points of entry, put down something to kill them, and in the one hour time he was, there solved our cave cricket problem for the season. He is fairly priced, and I have recommended him to family members since, who were all extremely happy.
