    I've never had an issue at this location. Very honest workers and I never really have to wait that long! I always go for my oil changes :)

I went to another shop and purchased a tire because I didn't trust driving to Orlando on the spare. That also was a mistake. I blame myself mostly, because my car has never been to any other shop than the dealer and most of these places have no clue how to care for luxury cars. I paid for a wheel alignment, balance and oil change. When they were done, my car was driving like crap. It was not driving as smooth as it usually does. I brought the car back to them, I don't know what they did but they took it out for a drive 3x. When they came back they said it was fine. It was not fine. It was driving rough, and even shaking when it got to a certain speed. I drive out and came right back and asked again for the supervisor. The "probable" issues were: 1. Maybe your barely driven car has a transmission issue that's why it's shaking. 2. Something is wrong with your 2 brand new tires that's why they are riding so rough. I won't say what the real issue was which was partially their fault when I finally brought it to the dealer, but needless to say they will never touch my car again. I had to get another wheel alignment and balance. I considered bringing the report from the dealer to them, but I was so disgusted I knew I would get into an argument with the supervisor so I decided to just take the loss and never go back there and I probably won't recommend anyone to go there either. If you don't know how to service a certain car, you should tell the customer.

I called the number for this location to see if personal checks were accepted. I was told yes with ID. When my wife tried to pay Angel rudely told my wife they don't and that no one would have told her that. He went on to say she could leave but they would keep her car. Seeing that she was in the car during service this would be a physical threat. Another employee apologized to my wife and said no one likes to work with/for Angel.     On February 28, I brought my 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan to Valvoline for an oil change. At the time…read moreof arrival, the vehicle was operational. During the service, Valvoline staff made comments about a noise coming from the vehicle and stated that it sounded like a transmission-related issue, specifically suggesting it may need transmission fluid. Based on that concern, I requested that the fluids be checked. I was informed that they were checked, and the service documentation reflects that the transmission fluid was marked as "OK." This vehicle has a sealed transmission system, and no explanation has been provided as to how the transmission fluid was properly verified. On March 17, while driving to Xtreme Motor Works to have fluids topped off in preparation for an out-of-town trip, the vehicle began bucking. Due to safety concerns, I left the vehicle at the shop overnight and did not continue driving it. Valvoline later acknowledged responsibility for an oil leak related to the prior service. I offered to have the vehicle towed to the mechanic for repair. This option was declined. Valvoline staff stated that the vehicle was safe to drive despite the oil leak because there was still oil in the vehicle. On March 18, they chose to operate the vehicle and drove it approximately 30 miles to the mechanic shop. Following this, the vehicle's condition worsened significantly. The vehicle is now completely inoperable and presents multiple transmission-related fault codes consistent with pressure loss and internal failure. Valvoline has since refused responsibility for the current damage, stating they were unaware of any transmission issue and has closed my claim. While I acknowledge the possibility of a pre-existing condition, Valvoline identified a potential transmission concern during service, documented the transmission fluid as "OK" without a verifiable method on a sealed system, accepted responsibility for an oil leak, and made the determination that the vehicle was safe to operate. They then chose to drive the vehicle despite the availability of a safer alternative. Valvoline failed to exercise reasonable care in handling the vehicle. The decision to operate the vehicle under these conditions directly preceded and contributed to a significant worsening of its condition.
