They didn't go over any of the boxes upon delivery either which they should have done a full itemized check to compare with what I had. Who knows what movers were the thief's...most likely the ones who took everything to storage! They Just told me to sign the paper! Don't use them unless you don't care about the things you worked hard for to disappear! I just found a chunk of a leg of a dresser broken off and hidden in a drawer. My beautiful Oak Rolltop Desk will never be the same. He bent the glides on the drawers and just shoved it back together. He took the entire desk apart, when there was no reason to do so and the desk is now permanently damaged. The doors on our china cabinet were taken off and he had to come back to try to repair that as well. The doors still do not open and close smoothly and evenly. Don't even try to get him on the phone. He hides behind his assistant/girlfriend Michelle. Be smart, avoid this company like the plague!
