Great guys! Tip for moving:Don't leave easily movable objects in dresser drawers as they get turned in all kinds of directions. My fault.

SCAM!!! - The Worst Moving Experience I've Ever Had!!!…read more This was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had in my life. Established Moving & Storage completely destroyed my LG OLED TV -- a high-end television worth over $2,000 -- and left me stuck replacing it out of my own pocket. The screen is ruined and the TV is no longer operable. Their "solution"? Push me off to their insurance company who offered me $98. Ninety-eight dollars. For a $2,000+ TV they damaged!! And the way they handled it afterward was even worse. I called over and over trying to speak with a manager. Every single time I was told, "Someone will call you back." Not once did anyone follow up. Multiple messages. Multiple employees. Zero accountability. It became very clear they were just telling me that to get me off the phone. During the move, the workers were moving at a snail's pace, joking around and laughing while I was being billed hourly. I was charged for time that absolutely did not reflect professional, focused work. When you're paying by the hour, dragging things out matters. This company does not take responsibility when they damage your belongings. Once they have your money, you're on your own. If something valuable gets broken, don't expect meaningful help, don't expect urgency, and definitely don't expect them to make it right. Now I'm out a $2,000 LG OLED and shopping for a replacement because of their negligence. If you care about your belongings, avoid this company!

This is my first time giving any business a negative review but I felt this one was warranted. In…read moreJanuary this year, we used Paramount movers to move from Florida to Los Angeles. Though our items were picked up and delivered within the time frame, the unfair business tactics and horrible and rude customer service left us angry and frustrated and cost us more than $1000 from the original contract. I am sharing the tips from my experience below to save you the frustration and agony. You should specifically watch out for the following items: 1. Do not sign the contract until a field officer comes and physically inspect your items or requests the photos & dimensions of each item you are planning to move and you have proof of the estimation calculation. They quote a low price to get into the contract binding with 40% or more payment upfront using improper estimation of the shipment items and square footage to subsequently raise the cost before the move. The contract specifies the customer is not allowed to cancel due to changes in cost of the move. Get everything in writing, including proof of measurements for any square footage increase claims. 2. Do not sign the contract if they have not shared the packing procedures upfront. Understand your responsibilities clearly as their procedures are vague at some points. Get written clarification for specific items of your list, as their verbal assurances will NOT be honored. 4. Beware of their horrible customer service. They are very rude, unresponsive and unreliable once they get your money. They keep transferring you from one representative (broker/contractor) to the other and they will not honor the previous representative's words. Once the move is complete, they refuse to return calls, emails or messages so there is no recourse if items were lost or damaged during the move. Their tactic seems to be ignoring the customer so that customer gives up complaining and takes no action against them as the days pass by. Use significant caution when doing business with this company.

My move took place 15 months ago and I just now feel rational enough about it to write a review. My first impression on my initial phone call was a positive one. The person I spoke to was polite and professional, described different options to me and after asking me for a description of what I would be moving, gave me an estimate which I was happy with. The fun began the day the movers showed up with a U Haul truck. The list of what I was taking with me had grown and I had communicated that information to the company during the time between the initial call and the time that the mover showed up with the U Haul. One guy was an employee of the moving company and the other three were literally people that he had picked up off the street. After everyone left, I found drug paraphernalia and empty alcohol containers in my bathroom. When the guy saw the additional things that I was bringing my estimate jumped from $2200 to almost $9000. I am a disabled senior and moving is challenging enough without those kind of surprises. Additionally the guy, who was arrogant and rude during the whole process, said there was no way all this stuff was going to fit in his truck. I am disabled and was unable to walk that day so my neighbor who is very sharp eyed and smart was keeping an eye on things outside. So I had 2 choices - either pay the almost 9k or leave a bunch of my stuff behind. By this point I was crying in frustration and anger. i called the company trying to work out something and the person on the phone, who was also rude and abrupt, said those are your options. She gave me an in between option that I could do a certain amount for $5900 and that amount was determined by volume. I agreed to that middle amount. I had things inside the house, things on the porch and things in the yard organized into groups. They had already loaded everything from the house which fit into the allotted area and I had to determine what to leave behind, which was a challenge since I could not walk that day. My neighbor walked out to the truck with the rude and obnoxious mover to show her the amount of space that was remaining and she came into the house to help decide what could go and what had to stay. During all of this a new contract with the new price and new volume of stuff to be moved had been printed and the guy was badgering me constantly to sign it. I told him I was not signing until I actually read it. He was terrible. In hindsight I should have just cancelled it when they first showed up and things went to hell right away. At this point I was still crying because I had a total of 10k to make this move which had to include paying the movers and driving myself and 5 animals across the country as well as setting up my new household. As mentioned I am a disabled senior and I am on a fixed income. It was financially devastating to me to have to pay almost triple the original estimate. They finally finished loading, I had signed the contract and my neighbor went outside and took a picture of how much empty space there was on the truck. Over half the truck was empty so all of my things would have fit without issue and he lied about not being able to fit everything. My neighbor is very assertive and organized and made sure that they fit as much as possible into the allotted space. Otherwise i'm sure I would have been able to take even less with me. One of the young people who was helping with the loading and was the only halfway nice person out of the 4, said that he has seen them do this a lot of times - show up to pick up whatever is being moved and giving the customer a much higher price than what they were told initially. My neighbor said they dropped one of my pieces of furniture off the ramp 3 times and another piece of furniture twice. Both were damaged and required repair when I finally got them. It was a nightmare experience from the second the arrogant jerk {trying to keep this rating G rated} showed up to the time they left my house, with my belongings that had to remain behind because of the huge jump in cost scattered around the yard, which was a whole other issue that I had to deal with just days before moving across the country. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!THEY ARE LIARS AND CROOKS!!!!THEY DRANK AND DID DRUGS IN MY BATHROOM!!!!THEY WERE RECKLESS WITH MY BELONGINGS!!!!!DO NOT TRUST OR BELIEVE THEM!!!! The only bright spot in this scenario was the driver who delivered my goods. He called the day before to make sure I would be here to receive the delivery. He was clean, well dressed and polite. He unloaded everything efficiently and placed it where I asked. He could see I was elderly and disabled and set up my bed and unboxed my big TV and set it on top of the TV stand since I would have been unable to do that. He did a great job.

I would strongly advise anyone considering Good Greek Moving to look elsewhere…read more I paid over $6,000 expecting a professional, stress-free move. Instead, I got one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. Before moving day, I provided detailed information about the size of my move so the company could send an appropriately staffed crew. They didn't. Three movers arrived, and by late morning it was obvious they were moving far too slowly to finish in one day. I called Good Greek multiple times throughout the day to express my concerns, and every single time I was told, "They'll be done in another two hours." That never happened. Instead of acknowledging they were understaffed or sending additional help, they kept the crew working into expensive overtime while assuring me they were almost finished. By midnight, I finally told them to stop and go home because it was clear they weren't going to finish. The result? Large pieces of my furniture were left blocking my condominium's common area overnight, and I was fined $500 by my condo association because of it. The next day, rather than sending additional help, Good Greek actually sent fewer movers than the day before. To make matters worse, the strap securing my televisions and mirrors inside the truck failed during transport, damaging both of my televisions. The entire move was poorly planned from the beginning. I wasn't charged more because I had more belongings than expected--I was charged more because Good Greek failed to properly staff and manage the move. I repeatedly warned them throughout the day that things were falling behind, and they ignored every opportunity to fix the problem. What made the experience even worse was what happened afterward. I called several times to discuss the damage, the unnecessary overtime, and the condo fine. Every call went to voicemail, and I never received meaningful follow-up. Once they had my payment, customer service essentially disappeared. Good Greek markets itself as a premium moving company, but my experience was anything but premium. I ended up with damaged property, a $500 fine, thousands of dollars in moving charges, and a move that should have taken one day but dragged into two because of poor planning. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves one. If you're trusting a moving company with your home and belongings, I'd recommend choosing one that values planning, communication, and accountability--because that was not my experience with Good Greek.

My experience with All My Sons moving:…read more Do not hire this company is the first thing that I would say for the following reasons. The first reason is the company's and its employees' failure to come to the site prepared. I had two phone calls the day before the two employees arrived to explain what I needed packed. I asked if I needed to provide any packing materials, and I was assured that the company would provide them, which turned out to be a lie. During the phone call, I explained that I have a sectional sofa, two matching recliners, two nightstands, a dresser, a dining room table and chairs, a sleeper sofa, and (1) an 82-inch TV, and (2) a 55-inch TV. The televisions were all wall-mounted and would need to be removed from the wall before packing. All of my furniture was going into a POD that would be picked up the following day. When the employees arrived, they did not have enough packing materials to complete the job, and they complained that they had been given the assignment at the last minute. These two employees placed all of my leather furniture into the pod without wrapping the items in anything that would protect the leather. I even heard one employee tell the other that they needed to hurry. See, employee one wanted to be done with the job in time to go watch his son's football game. In total, I had 4 televisions; however, the ten-year-old 40-inch television in the master bedroom only needed to be removed from the wall and left in the room. What I told the employees was this: "The 82-inch TV needs to be removed and packed." I walked into the master bedroom. This TV needs to be removed from the wall and left leaning against the wall; it's not going with the pod." I walked him upstairs, where each of the guest bedrooms had a fairly new 55-inch smart TV. Me, "I need both of these tv's removed from the walls and packed. I do have one TV box. I'll go tomorrow and get another TV box. WHAT WAS DONE: The employees removed all the televisions, placed one of the 55-inch TVs into the U-Haul box designed for such TVs; however, the TV was not wrapped in a blanket to protect it from damage, and none of the foam inserts were used. It was just left in the box leaning against the wall by the front door. After the employees were paid and quickly left, I discovered several things. The claim that the pod was full and could not hold any more boxes was a lie. With my aunt's help, I placed at least 8 more medium-sized U-Haul boxes into the pod. In addition, while packing those additional boxes, I noticed a small, wrapped item beneath the 55-inch TV box that was leaning against the wall. ALL My Sons hires' thieves: I unwrapped the TV and discovered that the old 40-inch TV, which should have been left in the master bedroom, was wrapped in a blanket, and the other 55-inch TV was gone. Yes, one of the thieves stole my 55-inch TVs and tried to hide his crime by wrapping the old 40-inch TV in a blanket and placing it behind the 55-inch TV, leaning against the wall. I had to fight to get my TV back, and the argument given to me was that I told the employee that I did not want the TV. My question will always be: what gave him the right to walk out of my house with anything, under the impression that because I said I didn't itemize one, he could take the more expensive item number too? The other issue I have is that the 55-inch TV was stolen on Friday and wasn't returned until Saturday. The TV was brought back wrapped in a blanket. The TV was unwrapped so that my sister could inspect it and plug it in to make sure it worked. After, she verified that the TV worked. The employee for All My Sons walked out with the blanket, so they did not re-wrap the TV. I give this company an F. The employee clearly stole the TV and was not even fired for theft; they just claimed this was a misunderstanding. Shelia C.
