The worst customer service EVER. I tried to ask for a bag at the front desk because I was going to throw up from suddenly getting the stomach flu..and you know what the guy tells me? He says "sorry we don't have that" Doesn't even bother to find me some kind of plastic bag or cup to throw up in. Doesn't direct me to the nearest restroom or gift shop--NOTHING. I nearly collapsed. I've been sick as a dog here and they didn't bother to refund the trip, even partially. The customer service here is extremely cold. They don't care at all about the condition you are in and don't offer any suggestions to keep you comfortable if you're sick. Also our room wasn't even ready after 4pm. Worst check in experience ever. Loud noise all through the night of kids screaming and running around. There was also a gas leak event that happened in Garden Grove that they didn't even alert us all about. Absolute negligence for the customer. Our experience trying to plan my son's birthday event at Great Wolf Lodge in Garden Grove was beyond frustrating and honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The issue is not necessarily that every employee was rude -- the real problem is the completely broken system and lack of communication between departments. We booked THREE rooms for 18 guests for a birthday celebration and simply wanted to reserve and pay for a place where everyone could eat lunch together and celebrate with cake. Something that should have been straightforward became an exhausting process filled with confusion, conflicting information, and endless transfers between departments. The front desk had no idea about the policies of the events department. The front desk also had no clear understanding of pool policies. Every single question required someone to "leave a note" for another department and wait for an email response that never came. No callbacks. No follow-up. No accountability. The most frustrating part was trying to contact the front desk directly. First, you are forced through an AI system. Then you finally reach someone in the "reservation department," who is not even onsite. Despite politely asking multiple times to be transferred directly to the front desk, they refused and insisted they could help. They could not. Instead, they placed me on hold supposedly to ask the front desk themselves -- and after 11 minutes on hold, they never came back. At that point, yes, the reservation department representatives themselves became part of the problem: rude, dismissive, unprofessional, poorly trained, and completely incapable of resolving even simple questions. This company has far too many unnecessary departments that clearly do not communicate or work together. Planning an important family event here became stressful instead of enjoyable. I will never host another birthday event at Great Wolf Lodge again, and I would strongly caution families against wasting their time and money here for important celebrations. read more

I booked online and used Applepay to pay for the room, which turned out to be a big mistake that cost me 40 minutes in line. Use a credit card to book your room, so you can use their quick check in line. Either way, make sure you take the exact card you use to book for checking in. Before you go, buy the discounted dining deal. You can only buy it in advance, and the food and drinks are pretty pricey, so you will spend $$$. I also suggest attaching your credit card to your wristband for convenience. We really enjoyed the pizza place onsite. We checked in on a Sunday and it was a bit crowded, but we managed to do it all in three hours. The kids loved the bunk bed, and my only complaint about our room is that the tub faucet leaked. The next day, we packed a bag with a change of clothes that we fit into a small locker for $12, and went back into the waterpark for a couple more hours. I recommend packing travel toiletries for a quick shower before leaving. They have plenty of showers, changing rooms, and a swimsuit dryer, but no toiletries in the waterpark bathrooms. Waterpark towels are provided and must be checked out and in or you'll be charged, so don't lose them. There's a water bottle refill station in the waterpark near the bathrooms. We didn't try many of the activities offered except for the arcade that offered packages starting at $35. Lastly, be sure to pay for parking before you leave. That was also $35. All in all, we got a deal on the room but spent more on food, drinks, games, and parking combined. My kids are 5 and 10, and they were able to go on just about everything that was open. We recently stayed here for two nights and overall had a great experience. The customer service was excellent from check-in to check-out. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Before booking, we were informed that a few areas of the resort would be under construction, so there were no surprises there. Parking was convenient , although it is approximately $35 per day, which is something to keep in mind when budgeting. The water park itself was a lot of fun and offers attractions for all age groups. One area that was a bit disappointing was the MagiQuest game because some of the interactive screens were not working and the game was not thoroughly explained by staff, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience, especially for first-time players. I also think the resort would benefit from offering room service. After spending a long day swimming and participating in activities, having food delivered to the room would be a nice convenience. They do have a Dunkin donut on-site, which was great for coffee and quick breakfast options, but it closes early. Stayed here as a property option offered through Time Share- Hilton Grand Vacation. There is self check-in for regular guests, I opted to go to the front desk since I had questions regarding our stay and parking. Alex and Jorge assisted me and provided great customer service by answering every question I had, even guided me through the prepaying my parking. We booked a Family Suite, it was spacious for my family of 3 although it could accommodate up to 6 people. Although there was a mini ref for our drinks and food, wish there was a microwave in our own room. There was a "community" microwave by the ice and vending machines, however, it needs to be cleaned for the next person and there were no paper towels for one to wipe splatters/spills. The sink and bath fixtures were loose, but was doable. I am glad that GWL allows guests to still enjoy the waterpark the day of checkout, even lets guest to stay parked in the garage up to 10pm, the day of checkout. It's also great that there an Anaheim Regional Transit (ART) Bus stop just outside the hotel, that would take us to the Disneyland Parks and Downtown Disney. We as a family of four really did enjoy the waterpark. My younger kids ages 4/5 could do most things which was great. It was inside and temperature controlled. The downfall was the water made our skin feel sticky which I tried not to think about too much. The hotel room we got was the wolf den and it was very family friendly, Bunk beds for the kids and pull out couch if needed. Everything was clean and enough space so we never felt crowded. Bigger trash can and fridge inside the room was helpful as well. The downfalls were that the bed was not very comfortable and our bathroom sink was very hard to turn on and off. Our main light switches by the entrance door were sensitive so they didn't always work instantly. The Hotel itself was under construction but we never heard any noise. They offered plenty of family friendly activities throughout the day. The atmosphere was great for the kiddos. The hotel hallways were humid feeling like the inside of the waterpark. My husband's most difficult part of our stay was using the kiosks scanner for leaving the parking garage you need to scan your QR code 2 times and that was never as easy as it probably should be. My family and I experienced Great Wolf Lodge the first time. We stayed for the night. Check in was at 4pm and that's the time we got there. I had some trouble with checking in, your ID and credit card you use to pay must matched so please keep that in mind. Thankfully the worker helped me and we were good to go because we drove 4 hours away! Our room was clean and there's a lot of renovations going on in this location. I recommend bringing the kids even if it's for the day, the park is open from 10am-8pm. So many amenities like golf, laser tag, bowling, arcade and of course the indoor waterpark for all ages. I'd say the food there is pretty expensive so I advise leaving to get food elsewhere you can bring it inside your rooms but not in the park! I'll be back again! read more

For the water park, we had a blast. Plenty for my 4 and 5 year old kids to see and do. Was it tiring? Absolutely, especially for us parents chasing the kids down and making sure no one drowned. But otherwise, lots of slides and splash zones for the kids to explore. They were big fans of the wave pool. Even got to go down the big tube ride as a family, which was a lot of fun. They have different height restrictions, so would double check heights before you head over. Once there, they have height check stations and slap on different colored bands depending on height, so workers can quickly tell if you meet requirements for certain activities. Plenty of lifeguards, so overall, felt very safe. Even though most were kids themselves, they did a great job keeping close tabs on the pools and intervening when necessary. Water was heated/warm. There's a towel station right as you enter. You need to check in/out your towels. Finding an empty chair was sometimes challenging, even on a weekday. No outside food/drinks, but they were usually OK with us bringing in water bottles. As for lodging. That's a whole different experience, and more like 1-2 stars. We stayed in one of the non-renovated rooms with bunk beds for the kids. It definitely felt dated. One of the bunk beds still had hair on the pillows and sheets, so didn't look like it was changed. We also had an insect problem with small flying insects in the room. The fixtures were falling apart where you had to turn the bath handle a certain way to get it running. Housekeeping does not refresh sheets/towels during the stay, unless requested. We debated staying the second night...Will definitely not stay overnight again. read more

I had the worst customer experience at the front check in desk. I was being helped by KATIE who was so rude unhelpful she left me waiting while she checked on something for over 15 minutes, returning with a terrible attitude. This is to give the management an objective feedback. The place needs an upgrade from customer service to the cleanliness and laundry issues. The check-in was a long line. Fine, it's expected that's why we came in earlier than check-in time of 4pm. We've been coming to this place almost every year for the past 8 years. We always get lucky of having the rooms ready even before 4pm. This is the first time that we waited for more than 2 hours to get checked in. I received a text at 4:42pm that the room is ready. Yes we were there trying our luck at 2pm. The thing is, for this big indoor waterpark, they dont have hotel storage! Meaning, where we can stall our luggages while waiting for the room to be available so the kids can swim. We don't want to waste our time just sitting in the lobby! Even small hotels have hotel storage but this place! This kills the excitement of the kids. They keep on asking "Is the room ready yet?" Take note, I didn't get the package through Groupon, I got the package as regular price! The kids need adult supervision to be in the pool but with our luggage's it's hassle to take it inside the pool. Here's a new thing with them, "Go to the Hilton booth to get ur headband." Whaaaat?! What is the alterior motive in this. We used to get the head band either in the reception area or at the gift shop, this time in the Hilton booth?! Okay, we went ti the booth. Guess what?! They are offering (not a time share) but something like Hilton packages at discounted price + $200 credit to Wolf Lodge when you come back within 13 months. I already set my mind, I'm not coming back anymore, so she was not able to sell it to me. Finally at 4:42pm we got the text message that the room was ready. The room is clean. But the towels are ratty, super thin (meaning over used), the sides of the towels are ripping. Omg, i should have just brought our own towels. Here's the worst part, one of the towels has a faint red stain. As a nurse, there's a lot going on in my mind... is this a blood that they didn't get to washed well, gross! The carpet looks clean but old, I even asked the kids not to take their shoes off, i don't want to walk barefoot in the room. Now let's go to the waterpark. It's Spring Break, of course we are expecting to have the place packed.. but it's beyond crowded! The floors have multiple hairs and dirty. I didn't go in the water. I just let the kids enjoy. Come dinner time. Not a lot of choices cus the Lodge restaurant was closed, so they only have the Loose Moose. So we went to the pizza place. The pizza and pasta, not bad. Love this place! The promotions they run are amazing and the fact that it includes water park access is great. I found it cute that you get the wolf ears at check-in. We've stayed in the wolf den and also the family suite and both rooms are nice! Rooms come with mini fridge. Beds were comfortable for us! Microwave is usually where the ice machine is. if you schedule permits it, try to go during weekdays when school is in session. parking is about $36 with tax and all done via QR code that you scan upon entering. You will use that same QR code when going in/out. There is also an outdoor water park but we always just stay inside. everything is accessed/charged with the bracelet you get at check-in. On check in day, you can access the water park as soon as it opens, as well as check out day, you can use it until closing. There's plenty of places to eat nearby if you dont feel like eating at the lodge. The first time we visited, we did dinner at the restaurant, got pizza for lunch and did the breakfast buffet. It was just ok..nothing that stood out and kind of pricey but wanted to experience it. The second time, we opted to go to other places. tons of other activities like bowling, mini golf and the arcade. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from the start. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed how dirty the carpets were. Our new room was pristine and absolutely perfect for our needs. The large itself is very clean. Well maintained. The layout was interesting. The water park and arcade along with some restaurants are downstairs. The floor with the lobby has a couple of dining options and the rope challenge course which is outside. The third floor is interesting in that that's for conventions or meetings, but you can also view the pool or aquatic area from up there. Everyone working there is super nice and goes out of their way to try and make you feel comfortable. I'd highly recommend this Great Wolf Lodge if you're in Southern California California are planning to visit. We actually wanted to see California adventure and Disneyland, and this was a less expensive option for us to spend a couple of days in Southern California and still have a lot of fun at our hotel! read more

Our stay was extremely disappointing and honestly one of the worst family hotel experiences I have had. The room conditions were unacceptable from the beginning. The sink was broken and maintenance had to come in, the door would not properly close unless it was slammed, and the bedding was dirty and stained. Blood on pillows & some dryer stain like SHIT ! There were also missing blankets, which made the room feel even more neglected and unsanitary. What made this worse is that I was traveling with my children. My child ended up getting scratched and cut near the eye on the green kids' slide, and staff had to assist. After the stay, my son also became very sick we ended up at the hospital for stomach virus and needed two medications. As a parent, that was extremely upsetting and made this experience go far beyond just inconvenience. I also paid for valet, and the service was not properly usable, which added even more frustration to an already bad stay. 31 min for valet to bring my car. I could've walked to my car that was parked in handicap and should've been free. Overall, this experience raised serious concerns about cleanliness, safety, and the way guest complaints are handled. My family should never have had to deal with dirty room conditions, maintenance problems, safety issues, and a sick child after our stay. Great Wolf Lodge Review - (Thursday-Saturday) We stayed at Great Wolf Lodge from Thursday to Saturday. I was a little hesitant at first after reading mixed reviews, but honestly--you get out of a kid-friendly resort what you put into it. And we ended up having such a great time! Overall Vibe Yes, it's definitely casino vibes for kids, but I was shocked at how clean the entire place was. Truly impressed. Check-In Check-in was smooth and organized. You can self-check in at a kiosk or talk to someone at the front desk. I chose the front desk and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We arrived early, so our room wasn't ready yet, but they gave us our wristbands (room keys AND credit card access--genius!). You can choose which wristbands have room or card access, which worked perfectly since our kids are all under 6. When the room was ready, we got a text and skipped going back to the lobby. Amazing! Room We stayed in a two-bedroom suite--two beds in one room, one bed in another, plus a pull-out couch and two bathrooms. Tons of space, plenty of towels, a mini fridge, and a big vanity area. Beds could have been more comfortable and the hot water took a little trial and error (either super hot or lukewarm), but nothing that ruined the stay. Elevators definitely get busy after the water park closes. Dining The buffet was a blast--fun, super kid-friendly, and the service was excellent. Our daughter spilled her milk the second it was delivered, and the waitress immediately jumped in to clean it and told us not to worry. So appreciated! Food quality was really good with lots of options. We also tried the water park restaurant--your typical burgers/pretzels/snacks--and grabbed treats at the sweets shop. The cookies were delicious, and the refillable popcorn bucket is worth it (free refills all stay!). Prices were what you'd expect for a resort but not outrageous. Water Park So much fun. Everything is close together, which makes it easy to keep track of your group. There's a gated toddler area (the gate wasn't always latched), lots of slides for all ages, and everything was clean with plenty of bathrooms and lockers. Tons of seating and a good number of lifeguards. They asked kids about their swimming skills but didn't really check, so make sure your kids are safe and wearing life vests if needed. Life vests were readily available. Wave pool, lazy river, huge play structure--so much to do. Some areas have padded flooring which was a nice surprise. Saturday was the busiest, so we'll definitely stick to mid-week stays. Entertainment This is where the resort shines. Story time, arts and crafts, dance parties--everything catered to kids, and the employees were wonderful. We had an amazing stay! When you arrive pay for parking online and you get unlimited in and outs. Check in is done at a kiosk. They print your wrist bands and you're all set. The wrist band is your room key and payment while you're at the lodge. The rooms are spacious and clean. What I loved was the fact that the rooms were well insulated. Because my son is noisy and other kids are too it was nice that we didn't hear anything in our room. You literally don't need to leave the hotel. You can bring your own food if you want but they have plenty. There's plenty of seats at the water park so you don't have to stand if you don't want to get in. The little kids part was the best. We started off the day with a good time, our 5 year old loved wave pool and large playground like structure, as well as the lazy river. There is hot food conveniently located inside as well as lockers to store your items for the day, and restrooms conveniently located. However we had to leave after a couple hours because my wife slipped and fell in the ladies bathroom where there was a pool of standing water and slippery tiles. She ended up fracturing a her wrist and is currently in a cast. The staff was nice enough to help out as she passed out due to the pain and wheel chaired my wife to our car. Our son was so disappointed we had to leave early but it is what it was. Be aware when walking around in the lower bathroom, it can be very slippery. We hope to return again one day as our child really enjoyed it. They have done some remodeling, the carpets in the hotel room hallways have been replaced and the carpet has been removed from the rooms. I'm glad, because I can only imagine the nastiness that was in that carpet from all the moisture. They have also redone and moved the mini golf outside and also have a climbing area. These activities are extra but reasonably priced. We have stayed here a few times and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We eat at the breakfast buffet so that we can pack and be ready to spend a few hours at the water park before leaving for the day. Besides the waterpark, there is story time, yoga, and arts and crafts scheduled throughout the day. I am so sorry to write this review. our experience in Scottsdale was much better. First I love the plank floors in the suites in Anaheim. Upon on our arrival, Anaheim had several stained towels with either blood or red makeup, and I was asked did I have pictures or evidence. We were promised a $50 off cabana and they booked it to someone else. We tried to order food in our room using the QR code which did not work, they said go downstairs to order. The temperature switch was caked up with so much dirt I had to clean them first to adjust the temp. No one wants touch anything dirty and I did clean them. Lastly. We wake to no water. We had a great time! We recently spent three days 2 Nights with Great Wolf Lodge, we included with our stay the wolf den Suite, we also added pup passes for each of our Littles as recommended because of their ages at time of visit We also added the breakfast package for both mornings, which was very convenient if you have picky eaters, or want some extra options! Again, all of these upgrades and additions were recommended by our sweet check-in assistant ( sophie ?) and we are very grateful that she did recommend these things as it makes your stay that much more convenient! we were able to try hungry as a wolf pizza $55 family pizza package and it was more than enough for our family of five, id recommend! id say prices are exactly what you would expect today lol, the arcade is fun the staff is very friendly, all staff is helpful with any questions you may have. activities are fun & the dance party is cute! our littles had a blast & we are looking forward to our next stay with GWL! read more

This is a nice place to visit with children. There is so many things to do aside from enjoying an indoor water park. There are activities for children, onsite restaurants, an arcade, a dessert shop, and more! I recommend coming here for birthday celebrations. Add a birthday package to your room reservation to add some festivities to your stay, you won't be disappointed! read more

The water park it self was ok. Its was overcrowded due to someone pooping at the wave. The only reason I'm giving it 5 stars is because of Simon. There was a misunderstanding with my WP bundle so I went to the front desk and 2 of the employees couldn't help me. I was directed back to the arcade and 2 employees later, Simon came in and helped us. He truly does have great customer service, thanks again! We ended our night in a good note, with the ladies at the Virtual Frontier. I highly recommend doing the VR experience & the laser tag. Melissa and Angela were great with us, my kids had so much fun. read more

The water attractions are great but the cleanliness in the water park was disgusting. Hair extensions in the wave pool, hair clumps all over the restroom floor and on the main floor. Food crumbs, hairs and napkins that bare feet were stepping in. It felt so insanitary. read more

First want to say everything positive about this place is carried by the professional and kind staff. Even the kids working here are somehow keeping it professional with what I'm sure is a challenging job. Whoever is hiring and training the staff here is holding this place afloat. Ok so I won't spend a ton of words on this: have been here twice and that's at least one time too many. There are IMO other better ways to spend the money and time in the area. The rooms are pretty bad, beds are pretty bad, amenities are pretty bad, the water park is nice enough but imagine niagara falls inside a warehouse--the noise eventually drives you insane, the buffet is ... passable and good for a rowdy group, I will say the prices inside are not as insane as they could be! But yeah I just could never recommend it to anyone without a major renovation. I don't think it's a "this location" problem, I think this is a corporate problem. read more

Went for my God daughter's birthday party @ the hotel. From a kids point of view it was amazing, but from mines (a childless adult) it was loud and unsanitary. Upon arrival it had an old smell inside, like an old hotel. It was night time so there was like a kids dancing party going on. The carpet was dingy. They only had two elevators working, the other was out of service in the elevator the floors/walls were filthy & wet. The room (kids cabin) was cute, very small & compact but cute. The log cabin bunk bed situation was cool. Didn't experience the actual amusement part just the hotel, but I felt like I was at and old outdated Best Western that was family oriented & kid friendly. read more

We just finished an overnight stay in a wolf den suite. Kids ages 4 and 8. They would've rated this whole experience 5 stars! They thought it was the coolest room ever, LOVED the water park, the magiquest game, and bowling. They're already talking about coming back. For me, not so much. Obviously, this is for the kids and water parks are not the most hygienic places. But the floors look like they had never been vacuumed- SO dusty, full or bits and pieces of crap. I was disgusted sitting on the floor for the story time. Yes, I understand there is construction so it may be a little extra dusty than normal but then they should really ramp up the cleaning crew. The room- the floors were sticky, the room was musty. The toilet kept running, the ac made a loud clicking sound so it was a pretty rough night- thankfully the kids were so tired they slept through it. Hoping the kids will be okay with a day pass if there is a next time and not another overnight stay! Prices were whatever, what I expected to pay at a "theme park". Part 1 If I could give this place zero stars I would! Okay I will start off by saying nothing I post or write here has been altered or removed in any way shape or form. Today is my child's 11 th birthday. Now I had so many other plans and places to take him but he wanted to come here to great wolf lodge. Now my family has come here several times before; the last time we came was in 2022, so it's been a while. Not because of the price but because we moved locations and haven't had time. So since we always had fond memories of coming here, I booked us a room for 4 days and 3 nights. I invited my parents and we were celebrating my son's birthday today. Now in the past every single time we had ever come our room was ready between 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm we never waited for our room. The customer service was incredible and the place was amazing. This time I checked in around 10:40 am. I knew they offered early check in and was willing to pay the money to get the room early. I also paid $568.95 for our room. I upgraded the room for another $217.65. So in total I paid $786.60. Now I thought that was a steal for the amount of time we would be there. I was extremely happy with the price. Now on top of this I bought two extra half day passes for $70 plus paid another $70 for parking for two cars. Parking is $35 dollars a night. On top of that in the 2 ish hours I was there I bought two sipper cups for $39.16. Bringing my grand total to $965.76. Now again I was only at the hotel for about 2-3 hours before I was told to leave. Now it's my son's birthday weekend essentially for me so I was planning to spend some money on what he wanted to do. Like I have several times in the past. But I want to give you guys an idea of the cost and regardless of our loyalty as guest and contribution to this establishment; this is how we were treated today. Now I will leave all my text messages and I would love to clarify everything for you in detail. 1. We came here took time off work, school, organized , packed spent money to come here. A lot of preparation and time was put into this. 2. I am willing to pay for early check in , I was willing to down grade my suite to have a standard room for early check in because it meant that I could decorate the room and refrigerate my child's cake. 3. When I checked in the people next to me who were white people were offered early check in. The only reason I didn't ask for it at the front desk when I checked in was because the receptionist told me she added me to a queue ,so my room could be cleaned and prepared asap. 4. I felt comfortable with that answer and reassurance so when I texted them at 12pm; I essentially just wanted to get an estimated time on when it will be ready since they told me I was in a queue. I was not given an estimated time but a pre typed response . 5.when asked about pre check in I told her to work with me I explained to her my reason. I expected some sort of empathy and actual customer service. What did it cost her to down grade my room to check me in early or at least offer some sort of refrigeration for my child's cake. Honestly any type of actual service to help the guest. I was greeted with nothing. No solution but a no and a sorry ass apology. So I expressed my disappointment. 6. Here's that yelp review. 7. When I brought up the racial blatant discrimination between my family and the white family next to me . My experience was minimized and I was gaslit because how dare I have that experience because it's not possible since the director of guest services Jackie Lopez is Hispanic. (Side note when I was in line a small African American child asked receptionist for help because something was wrong with his wrist band, she ignored him until he got frustrated and left) read more

Never again! We stayed here from a recommendation of somebody we knew personally who had a great experience with their twin boys here so we decided to give it a try for a little weekend getaway. First of all, to get inside of this place to park is a nightmare. The lobby is disgusting and dirty. Carpets have probably never been cleaned and or vacuumed. You have to stand in an extremely long lobby line no matter what time you go it's long just to get access to your room and waterpark. It sent me a 24 hour check in link via email that never worked and could never load so that was useless. Second, people will literally steal your wolf pass if you leave it for a split second. My son took off his pass to take off his jacket and literally pass was stolen and they won't give you another unless you raise hell so $89 down the drain. The wolf pass only gives you a few things included in it and everything else you want to do is an up-charge and it adds up quickly. The food is just awful. Pizza is gross, chicken was gross, fries were gross everything just gross! We paid extra to have a breakfast included package and that was probably the only thing edible. We ended up going across the street to McDonald's to eat lol! The rooms are awful too. We stayed on the 9th floor. Dirty rooms. They claim it was clean before we checked in but their standards of clean are not clean. The kid cabin bed sheets literally had lint on them and hair. Yuck. I spent an hour inspecting the beds for bed bugs. Luckily they didn't have it but I've heard their beds do so be aware. We ended up checking out a day earlier because we just couldn't stand being here anymore. Probably the worst night of sleep for myself and family. I would highly recommend NOT staying here. I think the only good thing about this place is the Dunkin' Donuts coffee in the lobby. The water park itself was dirty and it's pretty overcrowded and spots fill up really fast. Unless you are here right at opening good luck getting a chair. Yeah overall, i would rate this place 0 if I could. read more

We had nothing but a great time here at Great Wolf Lodge. Check-in was easy and the woman who helped us was super friendly! We came on a weekday and so it wasn't super busy and the waterpark felt very clean. Our room was also very clean. We did not eat here and ordered food for delivery as the Great Wolf Lodge food reviews on Yelp were not promising. Our favorite part was the arcade- the arcade is surprisingly larger than expected! We had a great time and will be back to try the other activities! read more

If you booked the hotel with PayPal or Apple Pay, expect to wait 30-60 minutes to check in at the front desk. Very few employees (max 4 at a time) during peak check in time (4pm) to help guests. A big corporation like this should prioritize this but unfortunately, a lot of time is wasted standing in line to check in. Pre check in not PayPal or Apple Pay friendly either, so it's no use. Where do I begin. I visited other GWL and had a great experience till now. We checked in on a Sunday. Stood in line for over 1 hour. Since it was my grandsons birthday we added the breakfast, the unlimited games and a birthday package. To our surprise the room was small, not cleaned and no attempt was made to make it look like a birthday surprise. My grandson burnt his hands while washing them because the cold water handle wasn't working, not even a grown man could open the cold water valve. The AC and lights were not working in one of the rooms. We only had towels in one bathroom. At about 12:30am the whole room smelled like smoke, the kids were coughing, we placed a wet rolled up towel by door while my son called the front desk. They said some kids burnt food in microwave. There was even a flashing light in my room they kept me up all night flashing. We hoped that breakfast would make it for everything bad so far but that made it worse. The breakfast buffet at ANY GWL are topically the same NOT here. They didn't have a omelette station, no bagels ( only 2 types of toast) cold coffee, tater tots tasted like they had been reheated 3-4 times, barely any pastries & cereals, they only had bland premade eggs, no waffles. Such a huge disappointment for the money we paid out. We asked for a change of room but they said to let them try and fix the issues. Second night here and AC went out again and they didn't fix the light. I asked for extra towels and when I gave housekeeper our dirty towels she asked where are the rest, I gave her what they gave us. I would NOT recommend this GWL to anyone. We work hard for our money and for us to pay almost $3000 and have all those issues. I had to add to my review for second night. AC went out again . I have Multiple Sclerosis and if anyone knows or has MS heat is our enemy. After the AC went out the same damn bright light blinking. They left a fan in room in case we needed. The fan it's so loud it sounds like a plane engine, we couldn't sleep with that loud noise. Now it's 7:37 am I'm about to go to breakfast cause already paid and pray that everything is better today. Went for the first time ! The resort was great! Perfect for toddlers. I loved the renovated rooms. I wish there was a tv in the kids bunk beds area. Otherwise great time ! The prepaid breakfast buffet could be better but , I totally recommend this place . I saw reviews it was dirty , we just went and the resort was well maintained . read more
