JUST TO PREFACE: Anything over a 30 - 45 minute wait might not be the most worth it as Villain's Grove ONLY occurs when it's Oogie Boogie Bash. It opens during sun down AKA when all the other normies without event tickets get kicked out around 6 PM I believe and of course its an experience that is BEST in total darkness when the sun has already set. Despite going to Oogie Boogie for a couple years already, this was my first time ever going to Villain's Grove only by virtue of the line moving super fast (less than 15 minutes in our case) and that we reached the capacity of the amount of candy that we've already gotten from Trick or Treating. Since this experience has NO VILLAINS to meet NOR any candy to get, just make sure you have your priorities in check. Since any wait longer than that will cut into your precious Oogie Boogie time and that IS a sold out event most years, if not every year. This takes place at what usually is the Redwood Creek Challenge Trail and there's a slightly different route if you need ADA wheelchair accessibility. It's a neat experience with "geysers", candles, lights, fog, music, the simulation of rain and thunderstorms that give you a neat villainous vibe from familiar faces such as the Evil Queen, Maleficent, Scar, Dr. Facilier, etc. From an artistic perspective it's pretty neat how they pulled off some of the grove. Make sure to get a picture at the end of the grove when you enter the light. Very cool and dramatic photo for sure.

I did not know what I was getting myself into! For those who don't know, Knott's Ghost Town comes to life during the Summer and transforms into an almost 8-hour immersive experience. Characters come to life and act out a story which changes each day depending on the audience. As I entered, a townsperson introduced themselves and let me know that I can become a "town citizen" at Town Hall - and thus began my journey of the day! After being inducted, I traveled to the schoolhouse and was tasked to bring a letter to the "Calico Gazette". And then ran into some outlaws who invited me to join their team of bandits on a quest involving cattle wrangling and stealing blueprints. The day continued on meeting numerous different townsfolk and learning their stories, with them encouraging me to interact and go on adventures. -1 star because I stepped away to go on a ride which was over an hour wait. There were several other rides which had 2+ hour waits. I highly suggest setting aside a day devoted to Ghost Town for any and all ages and abilities!

From the adrenaline rush of Guardians of the Galaxy to the incredible theming of Cars Land, there's something for everyone to enjoy. The park is always clean, and the Cast Members are friendly and go out of their way to make your day special. I also love the variety of food options--there are so many delicious snacks and meals to choose from. The entertainment, from live shows to nighttime spectaculars, adds even more magic to the experience. Whether you're visiting for the attractions, the food, or just to soak in the atmosphere, Disney California Adventure is absolutely worth the trip. I leave every visit with wonderful memories and can't wait to come back. Five stars!

The cast members are incredibly kind, the attention to detail is unmatched, and there's just a feeling here that you can't really find anywhere else. Whether you're there for the rides, the food, or just soaking in the atmosphere, it's easy to understand why so many people love this place. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is the price. Between tickets, parking, food, Lightning Lanes, and everything else, it's become unbelievably expensive. I understand theme parks aren't cheap to operate, but it's hard to justify just how unaffordable a single day has become for so many families. That said, the magic is still there. I'll probably keep coming back because there truly isn't another place quite like Disneyland, I just wish experiencing that magic didn't come with such a hefty price tag. I happened to go on the perfect day and was able to ride everything without a lightning lane pass! Disneyland really is such a money grab, that's what annoys me about this place. I will say I highly recommend going at least once in your life.

While it may not be somewhere we'd go or come.. for a vacation, it's definitely worth visiting for a day. The only negative experience we had involved an employee named Stephanie who was working the family raft slide. She came across as though she genuinely didn't want to be there. It didn't ruin our visit by any means, but when you're in a family-focused environment, a friendly attitude goes a long way. Also, during one of our turns on the family slide, the wait was noticeably longer than it should have been compared to all of our previous rides, which slowed things down a bit. Definitely a bit miss managed as it seems as 1-2 employees max were bouncing back and forward to push the rafts down. Something that popped into mind free of charge lol. One suggestion for the marketing team: consider giving away complimentary waterproof phone pouches. They cost only a few dollars at retail store ( Walmart ) so I'd imagine they could be purchased in bulk at a much lower cost. Guests would use them throughout the park, and many would likely take pictures and post all over there social media as I saw almost every partner with one,I know I did and will posting family pic and already have all the family said they'd want to come..giving Great Wolf Lodge free advertising and great brand exposure every time they're used elsewhere. It seems like a small investment that could create a lasting impression. Overall, a solid 4-star experience. We'd come back again.

It's always clean, there are many decent fast meal options, and it feels relaxing under the palm trees on springy days. Inside, you have so many options to game--from Mario Brothers to Space Invaders. You can fall down a video game rabbit hole here. Also, the bumper cars are lit up and Lazer Tag is calling all players. There's a cafeteria-style "common hall" serving up pizza, nachos, hot dogs, fries, and bevvies. Outside, the bumper boats are a refreshing way to cool down. You can see that the staff works hard at maintaining the grounds. There's always someone working on the many pools and water features when I go. Overall, the greens are in good shape. Sure, a ball may stick, but it's a game. Mulligans and astro turf hiccups are par for this course. Want to practice random kindness? If you see a bottle on the ground, feel free to recycle in the receptacle placed by the tee box. It's nice that they thought to have as many receptacles as they did. It really helps keep the place tidy. The staff is young & laid back yet attentive. One clean sweep across all 4 courses at the opening of each AM shift, however, could help keep it 100% litter-free. See, I warned you--I had nothing but good things to say about Camelot Golfland. Will be back! Once I get the go again from my Sir Lancelot to brave the journey to Anaheim, we'll return for a 6-minute tournament to ride the Go Carts like chariots.

The skippers come out swinging with jokes right from the start, and half the fun is watching how fast they can read the crowd and start messing with people. It's basically comedy on water. The boat loads up pretty quick too, so you're not standing around melting in the sun for an hour. You get a solid group on board, and off you go nice and smooth, cruising through the jungle like everything's normal... except it never is. The second time I rode it was just as good, maybe even better. The jokes were different, the skipper had his own style, and somehow they still managed to keep the whole thing funny without missing a beat. That's not easy to do ride after ride all day long. Being on the water is relaxing, the scenery is fun and detailed, and then out of nowhere you get another joke that catches you off guard and you're laughing again. What really makes it work is the consistency. Doesn't matter which skipper you get they all know how to work it and keep the energy up the whole ride. In and out, smooth experience, great humor, and just a solid Disney classic. Five stars easy. This is one of those rides you can do again and again and still walk off smiling.

The place has been around quite some time and kids do tend to make a mess, but they keep up after it. Parking is for a fee, but sometimes you get a game card that comes with the parking. It can get crowded in the summer and on weekends. We go on week days and have been several times. Now, the prices in here add up fast so be mindful of that, but it is the same as other similar places. Miniature golf is about 16$, a go kart is about 12$, the arcade can really add up so get a card that you can use for the wide variety of games they have. The bumper boats and Disk Thrill Ride are about 12$ per person. We love their little train and that is about 5$. You can get a two hour wrist band and we do that and save a lot that way. All in all the prices are fair. The service there is nice and the place has a lot to offer, you don't have to do it all. There is a lot to do. They also have Birthday Parties there and that is great.
