Ghastly cleaners. Came in for deep clean for the first time and asked me whether it was a move out clean. House is full of furniture, clearly we are not moving out. First thing they do is spray the stove grates down. I tell the lady in the bathroom no bleach on the tiles. Another comes down and asks if she can use bleach on the white wood trim! I have never heard of anyone using a acidic product on wood before. They clean, counter tops are left dirty, I didn't see the corners at first but looked after they left. Worst part is that the grate cleaner took the finish off my stainless stove console and scratched it for good measure in multiple pla e. It's a $3000 stove. The owner is now telling me he can fix it with a stainless polish. No. It has to be replaced. These amateurs will never set foot in my house again. I will update if I get a satisfactory resolution. 7/7/19 This owner is clearly entirely disingenuous. He writes that he wants to "resolve" this issue AFTER he has first agreed to replace the piece (less costly than what I paid for the cleaning) and then reneged on that offer saying his cleaners adamantly refuse blame (what a shock!) and stating he will NOT pay for the damage. This response is entirely an attempt to make the business look responsive to complaints which they are not.

Let me start out by expressing my disappointment in your professionalism and communication. Considering all of our communication was done through text or email, it was surprising how much confusion took place during our experience with your company. When I first reached out, I explained that I was in need of a Move Out cleaning along with carpet cleaning. I was quoted $250 for services. At no time during our interactions was I made aware that there would be any additional payment. Once accepting the price of $250, we booked an appointment for a 9 am time slot. I paid via Venmo and received written confirmation that payment was received. When the cleaning service arrived, I inquired about the carpet cleaning services and received blank stares. They said that they do not perform that service and maybe it was a different company. When I reached out to you about this matter you replied that the cleaning service would be there between 2-3 in the afternoon. Again, no where in our exchanges was this information relayed. Up until this point, I was under the impression that our cleaning appointment was still at 9 am. I then had to adjust meetings and work in order to accommodate the schedule change. It wasn't until the carpet cleaning service showed up when my aggravation grew exponentially. Upon his arrival, we were told that we had not paid for this service and must do so prior to the service. I received a phone call from you where I was told that the carpet cleaning is additional and he will give us a quote at the time of his arrival. When I expressed my frustration about this matter, explaining that I was never told about this additional charge, I was told by you that I had two choices; either pay the fee or tell him to leave. At that time I did not have any other options, considering my lease was ending the next day. To top it all off, after requesting an invoice of services rendered it took two days to receive. It was very clear that invoices are not a common practice for you considering it was created four days after services occurred. You were then asked to change the date to reflect date of service and when you were unable to do so, stopped responding all together. I am happy to include screenshots of both that interaction along with our exchanges prior to the services if needed. This brings me to the breakdown of actual services rendered by your company. In complete honesty, it would have been easier if we hadn't hired a service at all. Considering it was entitled a "Move Out" service, I spent over three hours cleaning after the fact. Baseboards and windows were left untouched and dust still clung to places everywhere. Wall were filthy and trash was left all over the carpets. Again, I have pictures of the condition of the house as it was left after the fact. The carpet cleaner must have been someone who did not know how to use his machine. Not a single stain was treated prior to cleaning and from what I can tell, he went over the carpets using just a water rinse. Please tell me how I was able to get out 90% of the stains using my own small device after the "professional" couldn't seem to get them out. Large amounts of carpets where overlooked and clearly left untouched. Evidence of the fact that they were left bone dry. It's safe to say that our experience was less than sub-par and will be paying the price as evidence of our security deposit refund. I sincerely hope this is not how you perform business on a regular basis. I reached out to SupremeTeam six days after service. I waited to receive our invoice with fear that it would prolong the request. That brought us to two days after service and four days to compose my thoughts and ideas. After directly reaching out to express my disappointment with the company, I was told that because I did not immediately report my disappointment the same day, they were not willing to make any accommodations nor willing to work with us to resolve the matter. When asked why I didn't ask them to come back my response was that I had already seen their capabilities. It was at this time that they blamed their abysmal services on me and the fact that I didn't report it sooner...

Due to technical issues, Joe initially did not receive my online request. Once we finally connected, it was the day before I really needed a good cleaning after some construction. Joe apologized about the miscommunication and said it was highly unusual (which I believed after all the 5-star reviews!) and ultimately came out on a Sunday morning and cleaned my house from top to bottom. To me, that is exceptional customer service! He could have just as easily told me he didn't have any appointments until the following week but he could tell I was in a bind. It's clear Joe is a hard-worker and is willing to go above and beyond to take care of his customers. He asked me to do a walk-through when finished to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely recommend Supreme Team Cleaning to others. Joe is accommodating, hard-working, and very reasonably priced for the area. He came and did a deep cleaning/move-in cleaning of our very dirty laundry room. He was patient, kind, and attentive to what we specifically asked to be cleaned. It was not an easy job as there were hard to reach spaces filled with dust, grime, pet food, litter, you name it. He did a very good job at clearing the spaces and worked hard to lessen the smell of animal urine (which is nearly impossible to fully remove) and it worked! It's not nearly as strong. Purchased a voucher through LivingSocial for Supreme Team and I could not be happier! They were very nice, humble, and hardworking. My house has never been this clean. I can't recommend them any higher. I even ran out of stuff for them to clean and I have a pretty good sized house. We had two people come to clean, one man and one woman, and they were both great. They just put on headphones and went to town on all the dirt and grime. I will be booking these guys again for sure. read more

Joe was fast to respond with a quote and make himself available for the day I needed. He was prompt on arrival, courteous, and considerate with my needs that day (I was with my 5 month old and needed flexibility with my timing at the house, as well as, needed to let a realtor in while he was still working). He was honest and trustworthy, as a package arrived at my home while I was out and he messaged me immediately to let me know it had arrived. I purchased a Living Social Voucher for Four Hours of Cleaning at Supreme Team Cleaning for $100.00. I am in the market for a continual home cleaning service so I figured that this would be the best way to test out a cleaning company. Well, I called - nobody answered so I left a voicemail. When the lady returned my call I provide her with my address she proceeds to inform me that they do not service my area (Manassas), which I said is strange because besides the fact that Living Social stated they did, I have seen reviews of customers on Yelp where it indicated that they did in fact service Manassas. She continued on that there is nothing she can do outside of a 20 mile radius of Springfield, that Living Social included a bunch of areas that they do not service, and that I will need to contact Living Social for a refund. Fantastic! The only reason they received one star is because I could not submit this review without at least one - otherwise I would have given them zero stars. read more

We switched to Supreme Cleaning about 2 years ago after being with another service. We should have switched a long time before that!! Joe and Camille are extremely responsive and go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. The cleaning is thorough and careful. Joe listens carefully to our concerns and requests and makes sure they take extra care to address them in each cleaning. They're punctual, courteous, and thorough. Price is a bit higher than the service we were previously using but you get what you pay for. We definitely got much better service with Supreme than our previous, lower priced service. I ordered a living social voucher for this company. I paid $300 and it said in the description it included a "move out" clean of the house. I will say the house was surface cleaned. In no way was it move out ready. I had to go around after they left and do an additional hour and a half of cleaning. No way would I expect that for $300. Very disappointed and unsatisfied for the job done. The only positive was the ladies that came were kind and respectful. read more

I purchased an Amazon local voucher for Supreme Team, and am very happy with the experience. It was easy to schedule an appointment, even right before Thanksgiving (my in-laws are coming and I'm nine months pregnant, so was getting a little freaked out about getting this done). The employees were friendly and courteous, and were incredibly efficient. They cleaned the bathrooms really thoroughly, cleaned all appliances, vacuumed, dusted, and mopped. I can not rave ENOUGH about Joe and his company! I have had many cleaning companies come clean and none have done a better job than Joe. He cleaned our entire townhouse ON HIS OWN and left it looking spotless!! I mean he even got the cobwebs out of the corners and the dog hair off the baseboards. What I really loved was the fact that all the cleaners he used smelled so citrus-y and fresh. Being 9 months pregnant, I was worried that I would come home needing a face mask for all the fumes but not with Supreme Team Cleaning. Joe creates his own cleaning concoctions (i tried so hard to get him to reveal it to us) that are both powerful and respectful of my nostrils. You can tell that Joe is naturally a neat/clean freak. He saw and cleaned things your average person would've overlooked and I really appreciated that. Not to mention, Joe is uber respectful, polite and professional. He arrived earlier than our appointment (loved that!). I plan on having this be a regular thing. I purchased a deal on Amazon for this cleaning service and was very impressed. They are easier to reach via email and once we connected, it was super easy to schedule the cleaning. They arrived on time, even calling to say they were on the way. The deal I purchased was only for 3 hours of cleaning per person, yet two of them stayed for almost 2 hours in order to clean everything we agreed on. Stay away from this company. I bought this deal through Living Social. At first, everything was going well. The owner, Joe, was responsive, replied to my emails in a timely manner, and regularly confirmed the appointment. However, on the day of the appointment, he abruptly changed our appointment. When I called to tell him that was inconvenient for me, he revealed his sexism, and in a threatening manner said, "Why are you getting an attitude about it?" Very rude, sexist, and unprofessional behavior. Stay away from this company! The reason why I selected this company was because there were other positive reviews, so I was shocked and disappointed by his behavior. This guy doesn't know how to run a business. After his threatening behavior on the phone, I didn't feel comfortable having him and his team clean my house. read more

If I could put a negative star I would. I heard about this group through an advertisement/voucher. I've had them come to my apartment a few times with the hope that they would improve so that I wouldn't have to find a new cleaning company. They are perpetually late with some excuse or another. The last time they said they would be up to an hour late. This is not the first time they were significantly late, so I decided to call it quits with them. I also often found myself cleaning after they would leave. I live in a small, 800 sq. ft. apartment that I clean regularly, so it doesn't take much for a cleaning team to do a good job. They don't clean well in areas that are hard to reach, the floors always have something that they missed, and they often dust around items instead of picking them up and dusting under them. I would find small piles of dust pushed to the side on my furniture. I would not recommend them. read more

Chris came and powered washed a number of areas in my yard: two fences, a walkway, cement entry…read moreway and patio stones. He called and asked if it was OK to come early and I was thrilled. I was shocked when I saw the results it was like night and day the diference it tok years off these areas. All the areas he covered look fabulous and I would definately use him again for power washing .

They were solid! Came on time and my windows looked great. They even helped repair our screens.read more

She's helped with my office layout, master bedroom closet, and kitchen layout. In all of these scenarios, she brings insight that I haven't found anyone else brings. She cares about the functionality of the space as well as the esthetics. I will continue to use her again and again as projects arise. Working with her during my home renovation was incredible - she had such a great way of envisioning our space and suggesting things that I never would have thought of on my own. Every idea she suggested was spot on, practical and very clever, and perfectly fit how we actually live. She came up with the idea of turning an inaccessible corner of our kitchen into a cozy pet food nook in the mudroom, which was a great use of what would otherwise be wasted space. She also suggested converting our old coat closet into a pantry when we expanded the kitchen, and it's been a game-changer. She encouraged me to rethink the original plans for stove and microwave placements, which was 100% the right call. All those considerations and smart suggestions have made such a huge difference in how our home feels and functions. Now that everything's done, I can honestly say this renovation exceeded all of my expectations. The kitchen, especially. It's beautiful, it flows perfectly, and it just works. C.Lee really listened, and her ideas helped make the whole house feel more intentional and comfortable. I promise, if you are doing a major renovation, using her "plan review" services will pay off tenfold. Highly recommend!

I have resisted getting cleaning help for several years, mostly in deference to my aging indoor cats. However, at 70+ with a party and other concerns looming, I succumbed to temptation and bought a Living Social voucher for Supreme Cleaning. I can't overstate how pleased my husband and I were when Joe and Will were done. They did much more than I could do in four hours, and they were very thorough and neat as well. The kitchen and bathrooms gleamed, and the rugs and floors looked great. Our one remaining 15-year-old cat was not happy with the noise level of the vacuum. But my arthritic body was grateful for the relief. Joe is a pleasure to work with. If you want value for your money and thorough cleaning, you can't go wrong with Supreme Cleaning. read more

I give Joe and his company 5 stars because they always do a fantastic job cleaning and are extremely kind and professional! I would recommend them and have already to friends. They are thorough and don't mind cleaning around our kids' toys, etc. I appreciate the work they do! Also, Joe and Camille are very trustworthy. I've used them for years and feel safe leaving the house once they arrive and asking them to just lock up on the way out. read more

I've been through a lot of cleaning companies that promise to do a good job, but after a few weeks they go downhill. Supreme Team cleaning has provided me with a constant cleaning.
