Bought a laptop so I could continue my correspondence and business. while I was in SOCAL. At home ( SF Bay), I was having trouble signing in with my Yahoo email accounts after I Installed a VPN. Down here in SOCAL I was was completely locked out of my accounts no matter what I tried. I should mention that this was not a case of entering the wrong password. I tried Yahoo's self-help page - useless. I call the Yahoo Premium help line - useless and rude. Decided I need professional help for a work around. Called Ben at "The Supreme Tech" told him about my problem. Made an appointment with him at a mutually convenient time. He was patient and listened carefully to my observations and details about the problem. He got down to work and approached the problem from several different angles. I like his can-do approach and he was determined to get my problem fixed. He asks if I could be there before 6. I tell him yes. Benjamin asks if I knew the location. I ask if it was the address posted on Yelp. He says that's it. I arrive about 3:15 and after driving around the strip mall 3 times I call to ask where it is he tells me that he isn't there. No sign for his business anywhere. Mobil phone repair? Who would have thought? This fits the bill for seniors like me with transportation issues. Their headquarters is 5 miles away from my location. Ben came over to my place with a small toolkit and we set up operations on the dining room table. He refurbished my old iPhone 6s (there were some issues) and installed a new battery, all for a reasonable price. It took less than an hour. I came here to just get my computer screen fixed. I ended up getting 3 iPhones repaired plus my computer Ho cracked shattered screen . The screens were cracked pretty badly and I got alot of high quotes other places. I thought I had to buy a new one . Ben did a great job I got all my needs met one stop shop done . I just installed some parts of my computer and all of a sudden, my computer wouldn't boot up.
