I felt like I was going to an office for an interview. He took a look at the phone and then said it might take a couple of hours to fix it. So no problem my son and I went to grab lunch. We were done eating in less than an hour so decided to stop by and see how much longer the repair would take. To our surprise he said it would be done in less than five more minutes. So I want to return with my update when I went to the store to get my phone fixed guy quoted me 400 I asked him if he can give me a little bit of better of a deal so he did upon going to him it was just my front screen that was cracked. I asked him if he could fix it and he said yes it only took him about two hours to fix my phone when the website says different. So while him fixing my phone, he gives me a privacy screen for free because he tried to charge me for it but he just said he will give it to me for free and then everything was good. I went home I notice a week or two and having my phone that it's not properly placed back on right The side of my phone is slightly unlevel and when I came to him, my phone was not like that he said come in person and you'll see what he could do. If it was something I caused he can't fix it if it was something because he'll fix it so I said OK but the guy told me he's going in Turkey so I'll be here before 4 o'clock because he has a supposedly family emergency. So I didn't end up going because I was not gonna be able to make that so then I see when my next schedule is good so I can go no mind you just to get a hold of him about my phone being slightly on leveled I text him during the day and then call Tim and there was both no response so I waited an hour or two and called him on a text now number and then he answered that but when it came to my phone call ring three times and then end the call and then when I called back it went to voicemail. Just to get a hold of him then he said come on in and he'll fix it, so I came in when my schedule was freed up upon coming to him today as of October 3 at 2:51 this guy gives me an excuse because I had told him in person that the screen is popping out of my phone. He's trying to say it's the household that is unlevel so it's gonna cause the phone to pop out. The screen no mind you he said he told me that when I was in person so I asked him can we replace the cameras and if the phones record can you replay that you telling me that can we get proof you telling me that Basie upon he's security cameras He tells me no his phone lines does not record and he cannot show me any security footage so I said why not that would prove that you didn't tell me about these things that will happen in occurred. I ask him then can we get the surveillance video when I first bring my phone into you to show the way and the condition that it was in he tells me nope he will not show me any security footage not that him saying he doesn't have that footage or anything he will not show me it because it will prove that he unlevel my phone didn't properly put it back right and messed it up so fast forward the cops come and basically tell me I have to go but then him inside there he's trying to kick me out because I'm recording all the products that he has that he claims that are Apple product. They're just a third-party so I get on the phone with Apple store an Apple store when you go to about in your iPhone settings and then you go to display. It will show you that it is not a Apple product that the third-party used. It's an after marketing product that only causes $44 mind you this guy charge me 380 For a front screen replacement he did not want me to see him fixing my phone and when I'm video recording he gets more violently mad and upset that I'm recording the after marking product because I asked him what if I want to buy the product myself from your store to fix my phone myself I want to see him make sure it's Apple product. He will not give it to me and he will not show me yet, so please stay far away from the store. The quality is horrible of the phone that he gives you, the service is just horrible. The guy lies to you just to make you pay and the value of the screen is not worth $380. It's only $44 I checked and I matched it with the video that I have that I took a picture of in his office. He is making $150 on me versus $44 that it costs be aware of this scammer guy he will be happy to take your money btw he says he never really fixes iPhone screens also he may comment say he offerd but truth be told he ordered over the phone once I came there he blames me For the screen and the unlevel I ask for a refund he won't give me even half Of My funds he won't give me also asking him even in front of the cop to fix my phone or give me a refund I was not aggressive, or touching his stuff upon the videos that I have or being rude, or disrespectful or using any profanity or any foul language I kept it professional he did it offer much but a sad drive that took 10 mins out My way read more

Horrible experience with phone screen repair. Paid over $700 for an iPhone 15 screen replacement which I was led to believe was authentic Apple product. Noticed screen didn't give same quality and had an unknown part error but Ben assured me after restarting couple times error would resolve. He was wrong! After reaching out to him again, he said the screen was only apple compatible and does not have same features... would have looked at other options if he was honest from the beginning. read more

Ben was friendly and accommodating, and was quick to take in my laptop repair order, but it became clear to me that either he was not an expert in repairing laptops or he was not patient or attentive enough to follow through and fix any outstanding issues after the repair. Initially, my ROG gaming laptop needed a battery replacement and the replacement was sufficient, no complaint. When it comes to the internal hard drives, he helped clean out and reformat the drives, but did not explain clearly what he did. I was left with the laptop having booting (starting up) blue screen errors (which I had pointed out and he was aware of). He just said it was a software problem but did not offer any solution. The slower HDD was also swapped to become the primary drive, which was understandable as I did complain about the previously primary SSD - fast but having too little storage. This swap created some confusion and misalignment within the system - part of the reason why laptop not booting correctly. All in all, there were probably some miscommunication from both ends, but it's the lack of reassurance, at that price level, that encouraged me to seek further help elsewhere. Otherwise, he did technically complete the items we discussed for the repair order. read more
