I highly recommend this business. I had just come out of the Apple Store from the Genius Bar where they refused to fix my phone and wanted to just give me a new one. I only needed the data from the phone. I called around and that's how I found Supreme tech. They're conveniently 5 minutes away from the Victoria Gardens Apple Store and have decent prices for repairs. Was worth the money and they went above and beyond when I couldn't stay and wait for my iPhone to backup my precious photos to the ICloud move they brought it back from the dead. Ben provided great customer service. I took my dead, water damaged iPhone 8 Plus for service on a Sunday. He was able to repair it quickly while I waited less than 45 minutes for a very reasonable price. I went back a couple days later for problems I forgot to mention I had before the water damage. He needed to order parts, which arrived quickly and he kept me updated on the status. Another quick and reasonably priced repair. Ben is very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I was expecting someone to call me with an estimated cost prior to doing the repair as I was not sure I wanted to spend the money to repair such an old phone. Yelp request was sent, i gave the specific phone model, confirmed i would be coming in that day, get to the location and was told the screen they had was not compatible and would have to be ordered and not in until tuesday. This was on a saturday. As a business you should know what your inventory and what screens will work with what phones. Wasted my time by not saying what we have won't work. read more

Seems our printer had died, and as we drive along Base Line Rd. on a regular basis, decided to stop and find out if they fixed printers. Well they don't. BUT, these honest people did advise me on who to contact, and their recommendation proved to be well worth the stop. ( As this is a review of PC-Fix; enough said about printers.) A short time later my wife's desktop caught a cold, or something, and we remembered about how courteously we were treated earlier; so off to PC-Fix we went. How fortuitous, Wayne Pidwell, owner, diagnosed the problem, and as the symptoms were not terminal, quickly returned the machine back to normal. Over time Wayne has fixed and maintained a number of our machines, lending his skills and expertise to the dilemmas my wife and I encounter in this technological age. We find fair prices, honest appraisals, and expert repairs with PC-Fix. And the best part? My wife and I now consider Wayne, and his wife Cindy, good friends. Always there to answer questions, and offer advice on what or how to try before we bring in anything for him to check. God is so good.

One place quoted me $165-195, another said $189, but PC Specialist said $220. Service: He came out to my car to get my laptop, but instead of just looking at it there to give the quote, he asked me to give him 10-15 minutes and he took it inside. He came back in less than 5 minutes and told me the quote, handing me my laptop OPEN rather than closed. As he walked away, I tried to close it and found that I couldn't, as some part was sticking out. I called after him and told him I couldn't close it. He took it and tried, then said, "Let me go use my tools" and he took the laptop back inside. He came back in a minute or two with it closed, and I thanked him and drove off. When I got home, I saw that my laptop could open and close, but the thing itself was completely broken. It wouldn't turn on AT ALL. By playing with the hardware, he had completely damaged it so that it would no longer work.

PROFESSIONAL, HASSLE FREE. THE BEST SERVICE. These guys are legit people - I never write reviews, but these guys deserved it. Apple said I had to get another one - so I searched around and found these guys and called them up. They gave me an estimate, took my tablet in and had it inspected for FREE- they called me up and told me what was wrong (water damage in the charging port), they gave me the price to fix and 1 day later it was done and it working great again and they gave me the broken piece to prove that it was replaced. Service was awesome, numbers were reasonable (Total came to $99 - much better then $800 for a new one). I also have a broken screen Samsung needed to fix, they fix it in 45 minutes.
