So I just bought a new car and had to get my windows tinted. I was originally going to go to another shop but a friend referred me to here and I'm glad they did. I got 35% done all the way around and it only took about a hour or so for him to finish it. I called the same day and made an appointment. Rich was friendly and took time to explain how dark or light the different tinny would make my windows. I went with what is considered legal by state of MD standards. My mom already made an appointment for him to do her windows too. read more

I contacted the owner yesterday and he was very courteous and pleasant. I was able to schedule an appointment the next morning and he and his staff made my partner and I feel like family. I'll definitely be back to Supreme Window and Auto Detailing. He explained the difference between taking your var to a automated car wash and having it hand washed. Execellent info since we both just got brandnew cars, I definitely dont want our paint scratched. Had to get my tint removed due to the laws in MD. He removed my tint and made my appointment for the next week to replace the tint. He was/is professional and courteous! It took him about 20 minutes to take the tint off. He prices are also reasonable. read more

I thought I was having a great customer service experience until my vehicle was returned to me with the back, passenger door open in addition to a woman standing on the same staring at the window as I was about to pull off. Not sure what that was about, but the worse part was when I attempted to contact the business to have the passenger side Redone the following week due to a long line of bubbles between the glass and the tint. I left two detailed messages over a 2 day period about the bubbles in addition to never receiving the receipt that was supposed to be sent to me via text message. Not sure what the issue is with the business, but I guess I will have to start all over somewhere else. read more

Stopped by before they closed on a Tuesday to inquire about pricing and available appointments. I was greeted by friendly staff that told me I could come in the next day and they allowed me to pick the time I could make it in. Because of where I work, I figured I wouldn't be able to make it there until right before they close (6pm), but they told me I could bring it in at 6pm anyway. I managed to get there an hour earlier than expected that next day and instead of having to wait until my appointment, they took my car right into the shop and started working on it. All in all, it only took about an hour and I was given detailed instructions on care, maintenance, warranty, etc. Can't believe I've been procrastinating on getting tints for this long when I could've had a quality job like this done in only an hour. I've had bad Tint jobs before so I know one when I see one, but these guys are GOOD. Quality & timely service. Highly recommended. read more

Let me say that I AM SO GLAD I made a last ditch effort to find a closer location to get my tint. I searched and found all the 4 & 5 star locations in Virginia, not thinking there was any place as good in my locality...little ole Waldorf! To my surprise I found Supreme! Took me as a walk-in on a Saturday and although I had to leave my car, when I returned, o couldn't be happier! The low cost, friendly customer service and quality work was well worth the wait! I didn't want to give them 1 star but it seems like in order to make a review I had to. I mad a 9 o'clock appointment for Saturday to get my car tinted. I made the appointment on a Monday and I called back Friday to confirm and follow up with Rich about my appointment. He said he remembered and to drop t off by 9 o'clock. Saturday morning came, I was at the location at 9. I waited for approximately 45mins and no one showed up to the shop. I was very dissatisfied. read more

I've been taking my cars here for a few years nows, multiple cars tinted 4 in total. All of them were just amazing quality. They use the best films in the industry....look like they come from factory. Tint does not change color over time...Just amazing quality! Plus the staff here are real professionals and you can't beat the prices! $120 all around tint for a 2013 Mustang GT.
