Great customer service! Robert answers the phone right when you call and is eager to work around your schedule. On the way home while driving on the freeway, a rock hit my windshield. Cracked it instantly, I knew that if I waited it'd just get bigger and then I'd have to get my entire windshield replaced. I called Robert (pretty late....around 6pm) he answered right away and made arrangements to come to my work the next day to fix it. He called me when he got to my work, and when I came out, he was done and my chip was fixed! It was quick, painless, friendly and affordable! The chip/crack was pretty deep, so you can still kind of see the crack from inside the car, but it's so small....I can't really even tell. It beats replacing the entire windshield though! I had my car for less than two months when a rock chipped my windshield and was already starting to spread. Robert agreed to squeeze me into his schedule today because I was afraid the crack would spread more if I waited until tomorrow. He agreed to meet me at my home at a specific time and texted me he was on his way. He explained the process; was very neat, friendly, professional, and efficient. He cured the epoxy with a blacklight so it didn't have to sit in the sun (not a sunny day). The whole process was complete in a matter of a few minutes. If you have a rock chip call Robert. We called a few place but no one had availability on Saturday. My rock chip was about an 1 inch in size. Robert came out as schedule and was able to check the chip. After looking at the chip he explain to us what he can do to fix the rock chip. I asked if it will be noticeable once he fix it, and he was able to tell me that it will be about 90% new. Overall I had no complaint and my windshield had s fix. :) read more

I found Robert through Yelp. I called him about fixing a windshield rock chip. He accepted my auto insurance and he was able to come by within the hour. He's a really nice guy and fixed the rock chip really well (I could barely tell there was a rock chip there). He also noticed another rock chip that was repaired previously by another windshield repair company. He said it was not repaired correctly and offered to repair it free of charge. I told him that I also thought it wasn't repaired correctly, but the technician insisted that it was repaired correctly. Robert said the other company did not fill in the chip, they only sealed the hole. After Robert fixed the previously fixed rock chip, I could barely tell there was a rock chip there at all.
