A-pillar trim placed back on incorrectly, missing screws from the trim (I had to buy replacements), and a piece of trim from the cowl area wasn't installed they just left it completely loose in the engine bay. My windshield had a crack for a while, so I finally went on Yelp to find a good auto glass replacement. I'm so glad Yelp let me contact different shops for a quote. Alencaster was responsive within 10 minutes and had a good quote for my 2015 Altima. Not only that but they come to you! Steven was the man who came to my house and replaced my windshield. He messaged me when he was on the way and when he was done. The job was done within 45 minutes. He had great service, came on time, and was efficient. I did notice my rubber seal was not attached fully so I called the numbers that contacted me and got terrible service. So I decided to call the number on Yelp and Steven picked up. He was quick to respond and was very helpful. He wanted to fix the rubber seal immediately. He offered to come to my work place in Downtown to fix it.
