I was met with, "fuck that." I was taken aback. Maybe if you were just buying what they have your experience would be better but don't mention transfers unless you want some massive attitude. P.S. I did about 50 transfers last year with my old FFL, about half of them were NFA. That's free money that you don't want for just filing paperwork apparently. Response: I mentioned transfers multiple times. The first thing I said was that I was looking for a new shop to do transfers at. I was guided to the kiosk because I said that I'd like to get setup to do NFA transfers. When Eric started talking about silencers that you guys have in stock or were getting in stock I asked how it works with the kiosk when transferring an NFA item in that wasn't from silencer shop and that's when I was met with the, "fuck that." Along with complaining about me using the kiosk with no plans of buying something directly from your store. At that point I walked out. I have no interest in sending thousands of dollars worth of firearms for transfers through a shop that complains about me not buying things directly through them. Honestly I have never been treated so rudely by an FFL, and I have worked with many. On top of that I get called a liar for sharing my experience. Maybe there was some miscommunication but even if I had come into the shop just to do my finger prints on your kiosk would that be an excuse for your sales person to be rude to me? Review stands.

When we first walked in we were greeted very nicely by Kim" and she explained they where having a free raffle and BBQ for customers and we were welcomed to fill out a raffle ticket and grab a burger plus get a free T-shirt with logo. All of which were great and the guys on the grill were awesome. We toured the shop and found a great selection of hardware from mild to wild and priced very competitively for those who know their firearms and accessories. I chose the HDH BCG due to the reassurance it would work as needed for build. I have completely fixed and tuned all the issues. The BCG I was sold and highly recommended to buy, won't even chamber or clear a round. It's also causing an excessive amount of brass shavings. From 20 rounds of ammo, there was so much brass from the BCG & friction. Money down the drain when I would have went with one of the name brand BCG's. Very disappointed. Was looking for a new shop in town. This review is just based on their suggestion, product recieved, after all fixes were made. It was diagnosed to be the HDH BCG. I recommend staying away from their own BCG they make, and go with name brand. Now I'm stuck with another faulty BCG. This one was brand new as well. Other than the selling of a horrible store branded BCG. The staff is helpful. I'm just writing a 2 star review based on how much time and things we went through to diagnose from a gun smith who charges at HDH, only for that to be the only failure. I would really make sure you research any HDH products, parts they use, anything HGH branded. Be weary. I'm in the $hole with a bad BCG & a lot less money for a proper replacement. They've got an extensive stock of T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, pants, shirts, beanies, you name it. Their FA selection is fair as are their safes. They have everything from small, 4 gun safes all the way up to multi thousand dollar ones. There's plenty of feed and pet food supplies as well as one aisle of toys (you can actually get cap guns here), some mini bikes and mini SXS ( gas operated ), and even some troughs. What really set this store apart was the extremely friendly staff. No matter where we went, there was someone nearby asking if we wanted help and when we checked out, the cashier entered all my info for their rewards program for me.
