We dropped off a damaged desk in Feb 2023 that they contracted to complete by June 30th 2023. Well, June 30th came and went and no calls from them. We had to constantly call or stop by to see what was going on with our desk. They kept pushing back the date monthly and gave us so many silly excuses every time. After 7 long months, we had it and demanded they complete the project in 2 weeks. They did complete it in the 2 weeks as we insisted by Sept 22, 2023. The desk was restored to our satisfaction. However, I cannot recommend them to others due our experience and frustrations dealing with them. Lack of basic good customer service and breaching their own timelines by months at a time is unacceptable.

The process for requesting a quote and booking was easy and quick, I received a detailed quote the same day from Debbie with additional information on the process and exactly what to expect. The day of service, Jim took great care to cover and protect other surfaces in the bathroom and set up a good effective ventilation system before starting the refinishing process. He came back the next day to remove protective covering, replaced drain hardware with new and re-caulked around the tub and even another area of the bathroom that needed it!
