He was on time and provided a quote based off of our final selection. Two guest bedrooms and the master were to be converted from carpet to laminate wood flooring at our house in Princeton, TX. He answered all of my questions. Picking the flooring was painless... I went with tile, new carpeting and new baseboards. The next step was Mike coming to my house and taking measurements and walking through the current flooring. This was a quick process, and he wrote the cost sheet up. In my opinion, the pricing was fair and I paid the required half up front. The job was quoted at 3 days but took more like 11 days. The crew was ran by Terrance Brooks. One thing I will say is important is who is in your home. You will be spending a lot of time with the contractors. Terrance and his crew were punctual and communicated with me well the time they were here. I had a great experience with DFW Flooring and Mike Spitzbeg! They really took the time to listen to my needs and provided a personalized, thoughtful approach.
