He was swearing at his employee. He charged an astronomical amount just for pumping the septic. He's a low life piece of trash who treats people like crap and takes advantage of his customers who may not know any better.

I called around and this place was the only one that managed to pick up the phone. The guy was super helpful and friendly. We drove the next day to pick up a lid and it fit perfectly. Very reasonably priced. They also do custom casts. Will definitely use them again if needed.
