The service at Surefoot is pretty unbeatable, especially for a shop in a busy ski resort. I was having pain in my ankle with a ski boot that I'd purchased at a different store. Bought my Surefoot ski boots at the Keystone location a few years back. Was there about a week ago and needed some tweaking on the boots and a repair to a broken heater element chord. The guys there were amazing. Sam and Nate helped me out and even stayed a little late to get the job done. I can't say enough about this place. If you want custom boots- this is your place. If you want not heaters or heated socks-also here. If you need your boots heated and shaped- def here. Cody saved my trip. My brand new boots were killing me (bought elsewhere). I came in asking for rentals- not here- but Cody said let me heat your boots and see if that helps!!! Hopefully I gave it a shot and it saved my vacation. He was able to make my boys tolerable and it was a game changer. Cody was by far the most knowledgeable and friendly of the staff and if I ever need new boots I will find him! I was also impressed to see their commitment to their prior sales. Highly recommend this place if your looking for new ski boots. In full transparency your boots will be expensive, but it is worth it. I have wide feet and thick calfs, before going here I just resigned myself to always being in pain while skiing. But now because of them I can enjoy this sport I love once again. I would give 0 stars if possible to Sorefoot. I came in here for a simple adjustment to fix a hot spot for my brand new touring boots. The guy who worked on it wasted over 2 hours of my time trying to fix my hot spot and ended up warping the plastic so much that it ended up with a massive hole in my boot that I could stick my finger into. My foot is still sore several days later from riding on it one day after coming in here. I came here 3 times to try to ask for the damage to be undone, and yet the guy who worked on it was unapologetic and didn't own up to destroying my boot. They didn't even give me a refund for what I paid, when they really should have owned up for their mistake and replaced my irrecoverable boot. Save your time and money, go to a professional boot fitter and avoid Sore Foot at all costs. In additional to a damaged foot, I lost several days of skiing on a trip I already paid for. read more

Manager not ethical, very evasive very salesy. We own a retail/wholesale company and have experienced everything on both sides of the isle. Manager Micheal Dennis is a complete jerk. Came to town for a snowboarding trip. My good friend who is a customer....Has never been treated so horrible at a store. When he asked for warranty replacement they treated him like a thief or scammer. To make matter worse the attitude of the manager was horrible. read more

- Went in because boots were hurting my girlfriend's feet (didn't know why) - Immediately the employee recommended putting in four $15 pads for "ankle bang" - Within hours it was discovered the pain was worse than without the pads and we returned. At THIS point she was told her boot was too big. Another adjustment was made. - At the end of our ski day it was still very clear all of these recommendations were not working. At this point we just wanted the pads out. Talked with the "manager" who said because she was told the boot was too big (even though this was hours after they took our money) they would not refund materials or labor. The "manager" even tried to insinuate that all we did was ski all day using their product then return to get a refund and pull a fast one. Probably the rudest person in the ski industry we've ever talked to. Horrible customer service. Thanks for trying to play the retail game but you fail where it really counts. If you don't stand behind your recommendations then you shouldn't be making them at ll. It will be very easy to steer others away from this store. read more

Brought my new boots out to Keystone and they were cutting off the circulation in my toes. Ouch! I was desperate and asked guest relations where to get my boots adjusted. They pointed me to Surefoot. Thank you guy at Keystone! I explained my dilemma and they heated up the inside of boot to help mold the liner. The process took maybe 10 min? It seemed quick. He slid my boot back on and it felt wonderful. He recommended to get out and ski as much a possible to keep the boot warm. It was well worth the $20. While I was sitting in there I was impressed by their boot knowledge. The guys were on top of their game. The only downside is they don't have a location near me. Thanks SureFoot! read more

I got a pair of Lange boots from sure foot. Expensive, however, I wish I had done it sooner. Stock liners are much more mushy. I wanted something that didn't have a bunch of slop. That is what sure foot provided. read more

I, unfortunately, was in a rush and needed some boots... so, I quickly ran in, tried on some boots, bought them, and left. The next weekend, they were just not working for me, so I went back. I spent a great deal of money to get "The World's Most Comfortable Ski Boot" two years ago and now have had 3 seasons of misery with these boots. Although I have to agree that the people are all very nice, the technology, in my opinion, is a gimmick. I've been back several times each of the first two seasons and they've melted the boot so much that they can't melt it anymore otherwise it won't buckle. I asked for my money back several times and they simply don't do that. They guarantee they'll fit and the way they fulfill the guarantee is that they're willing to keep adjusting it as long as you are willing to keep on suffering. Save yourself $500 and go get some other high performance boots and have them adjusted. read more
