I live in an old historical part of Baltimore and came home to the lovely surprise of a thick swarm of flying ant-like insects all over the property. They were congregating around the old wood piles, so I was certain they were eating it and called up in a panic. (I had never dealt with a pest issue before and I was terrified at the thought of something possibly eating my recent purchase). So I called and he asked me to text him a few pictures. Turns out it was just citronella ants. (Generally harmless and definitely don't eat wood.) He could have easily taken me for a ride in my naivety, but he didn't. The plumbing company left a mess, damaging our tree, crushing bushes, and leaving big pile of dirt in the yard. We called Ridley's. They came out promptly for an estimate, and once we said yes, they came out promptly and did an amazing job. They did so well that our neighbor was watching them work and hired them on the spot to do some grading in his yard. For the grass, they offered us the option of doing sod or seed. We went with the seed, so the (after) picture just shows the straw, but we anticipate having a beautiful lawn next summer. They were highly professional, worked hard, and simply got the job done as it should be done. We talked to another company that seemed cheaper, but they didn't give me the confidence that Donta gave me, and now that the job is done, I can say that confidence was well placed.
