You are supposed to provide detailed quotes and receipts. The company used to do that right. The changes that someone has instituted are not making for happy customers. Has it occurred to you that some customers may need those receipts for tax purposes? What you sent me via email within the body of your request for survey was a joke. I will update the rating when I receive the official receipt on the company's letterhead with a description of the work done and breakdown of charges. UPDATE: they finally got the Invoice right. I had a broken spring and called Armstrong's Garage Door. I selected them based on an online review…read moreand was completely satisfied. They came out the same day and replaced the springs, lubed the tracks and did a full check of the door and opener. The price was both reasonable and fair and the technician provided good maintenance advice. The door developed a pretty loud squeak about 3 weeks after this service. I called and they stopped over on a Saturday to check and it turned out to be a bearing between the springs. He applied lubricant with no trip charge and everything has been fine since.
