I called Precision Garage Doors of Des Moines, and they sent out the technician to check the problem. First, he tried to up sale me into buying new rollers and when I declined, he ended up spraying the roller on the doors and charging me another $70 for the repair. What the hell is going on here? They installed the equipment, the doors squeaked within 30 days, and I get charged again for fixing the problem they created! My recommendation is stay away from this company! A total rip-off!

You are supposed to provide detailed quotes and receipts. The company used to do that right. The changes that someone has instituted are not making for happy customers. Has it occurred to you that some customers may need those receipts for tax purposes? What you sent me via email within the body of your request for survey was a joke.
