    Grant replacing a large window, shattered from my dogs.

    2 of my large dogs broke out a huge window in our living rm.Had no idea who to call so I got on ChatGPT and Grok, requesting that AI find me the BEST window company in the Pasadena/Glendale area and both searches produced, "On The Spot Glass." Not only did they respond to me promptly, they were the BEST price! Grant was very communicative and kept me updated on the order/installation timeline. When he arrived at my house, he was so professional, down to earth, and installed the window in no time flat. He did an impeccable job for hundreds less than other companies!! Before you call any other glass companies, call "On The Spot Glass" first!! Their prices and customer service are unbeatable!

    I can't say enough good things about Grant! He responded quickly, made an appointment, came on time and prepared, and even made a suggestion to solve a problem. I had old louvered glass replaced in my door instead of buying a new door. I'm so happy I kept my old door ... it was less expensive to replace the glass, worth every penny ... Thank you Grant!!!

    I had a pleasure of working with Grant for my new home. And wow, it turned out amazing! Our windows are about 100 years old so I really had to make sure I work with someone who knew what they were doing. I contacted at least six other glass companies and I'm so glad I trusted Grant with our windows. He is extremely easy to work with, he's responsive, honest, skilled, and professional. His price is also reasonable so you really can't ask for more. I also want to add that the glass I wanted was NOT an easy find, and there was specific requirements I had to follow for the glass (for inspection) but of course, Grant pulled through and I got exactly what I was looking for! I really appreciated his service, I've already told him about another window glass I want to change. Save yourself a headache and give Grant a call for all your glass needs. Thank you, Grant!!!

    Hello. I am a mobile company and only do house calls. For a smaller job like that i would recommend going to a glass shop that you can order and pick up from. It would save you a lot of money in labor

They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. I highly recommend this company.. ask for this team of installers! You won't regret it!!

The sales associate, Art, confirmed via text that the manufacturer (Crystal Pacific) said it would: 13.1875", in fact. That was fine by me. But when I asked for that specification to be confirmed in the contract, in writing, Art refused. Let me be clear: I wasn't asking for a personal warranty on the product. I simply wanted confirmation that the installed window, as ordered and managed by Paul's Windows, would meet the functional requirement I had clearly communicated. Art repeatedly deflected, referring to "what the manufacturer said," but was unwilling to take responsibility for the result. When I asked for accountability, he became dismissive and eventually walked away from the job. I contacted Paul directly, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, I received a generic brush-off and a claim that the window wouldn't meet the specs, which contradicts what their own sales associate had already confirmed. Worse, Paul didn't acknowledge or engage with any of the valid concerns I raised around basic customer service, transparency, or professional responsibility. Ultimately, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was hiring a company to manage a job and deliver a specific result. If something went wrong, say, the manufacturer provided a window that didn't meet the spec, it would be on the contractor to resolve it, not on me to go chase down the supplier. They do both residential and commercial so I completed their form online to get a quote. Cathy called me a few hours later with a quote and I was comfortable with the price since they specialize in this service. I received an email one day prior to my appointment to view and confirm. On the day of the appointment, I received a text one hour before the appointment time. As I was looking out my window to see if there was parking, I saw their truck sitting by curb 30 minutes before the appointment time. I went to see if Jaime could work on it now rather than wait. The window's tint was dark and the sunshade was up so I wasn't sure if he was in the truck. Luckily, Jaime got out as I was walking back to my place. I told him that I didn't want him to come in my place to remove the screens since I didn't want to clean the floors when he was done. He offered to wear booties and I was good with that. I asked the reason for coming in my place and he said just to remove the screen. I said that I can do them but one screen's tabs were broken. He told me to push it up then push out which was super easy to do. Anyway, he looked at my screen and said that there were no holes so I don't need to change them. I said that I need new pull tabs so that I can remove the screens to clean the windows. He said that I do need to replace the screens if I wanted new pull tabs. He showed me a large metal square one and one short and narrow one. They were much sturdier than the cheap plastic ones that I had. I stood and watched him remove the old screens and install the new ones. It was fun watching and talking to him while he repaired the screens. It took him about 45 minutes to set up and repair my screens. He said that that there's one year warranty. Overall, I am very happy with their customer service and product. I highly recommend them and they have a customer for life.
