They dropped off mini mobile and after they left the Lock they gave us would not work. We called and told them our problem. We waited two weeks to get a new lock. In the meantime had to park car in front of door so nobody could get in. After a couple of months it rained really hard. We opened the mobile unit and noticed there was a leak on right side. We called them and told them our problem. We noticed there was a strong smell and realized that everything inside the mobile was molded. All our furniture was ruined. Green mold on everything. We lost all of our furniture. About 13000 dollars worth. We became so sick just trying to go thru all of our items. They have refused to pay for our loss stating that it was condensation not water damage that caused the mold when we specifically saw the water coming in on the side of roof. It was never checked out before being dropped off at our place. I WOULD NEVER EVER RENT FROM THEM AGAIN. BEWARE!!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY...TERRIBLE FOLLOW THRU....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Any and all questions are met with attitude and unprofessionalism. We have come to expect yearly increases but this business is greedy and grimy. Unit was raised 40% in LESS than a 12 month time frame. First time 20% increase in September 2023 and second 20% in June 2024. If you're looking to pay inflated pricing and deal with rude staff that knows that the only reason they are still open is because of the area/location, this is the place for you. Be warned. Lights switches for units are frequently broken. And the gate between the building and the entrance is frequently left open and unattended.

I have had to go in to the office (when someone was there) as they do not answer messages left and supposedly never receive them. So phone service/communication is a serious issue. I was also quoted a monthly price and then charged $55 though the first month was 'free' and charged over $80 in addition to what I was to pay the second month. They do not offer military discounts. Luckily I do not have a long term contract and will be vacating. This is a warning for those of you who may be interested.
