Donna was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. She gave practical advice, and spent a long time looking through upholstery samples with us. We decided to completely strip the wood to reveal the natural wood grain, re-glued, and reupholstered both pieces. All the work was done in approx two weeks, and all correspondence was answered promptly. We are over the moon with the results.
