Dave and Stacy came to my RV site and, in just a couple of hours, had it working the way it should. This is after I spent a Month at a dealership and had about 75% of the parts in the unit replaced. I do not normally give praise to companies for doing what they say they do, as it is expected, but Longship was outstanding. Dave and Stacy were at my site exactly at the time we agreed on, and even setting up an appointment was great. Dave's workmanship is OUTSTANDING! This is not something I say very often as I'm a retired engineer, but he totally impressed me. His knowledge of the system was also well above what one would expect from a mobile repair guy. I recently wanted to do a repower on a boat I…read morehave been working on for quite a while but I got some bad information that this place didn't do repowers only rigged new boats. I took a chance and called them and yes they do repowers so I ended up talking with Dave Carnes the salesman and he verified they could do the work. So I towed my boat to him so he could evaluate the hull and discuss what wants I needed on the boat. We came up with a plan of engine replacement and some additions I asked for. He said it might take a while which there were customers ahead of me in which I understand I was in line for my turn. I expected 3-5 weeks out on it but was calling me the first week with updates where we were at. By the second week they were installing the engine and ready for lake testing to get the prop pitch right and were ready for me to pick it up. This place is top notch and the customer service is incredible. Their mechanics went above and beyond with fabrication and replacing possible issues that could trouble me. I also want to give a shout out to Jonathan the parts manager for setting me up with everything I need to service this engine as it breaks in. Thanks to all these people that were involved in bringing my boat back to life. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the best service anywhere.
