Tech says radio has "internal error" ... no kidding I knew that it doesn't work. Then told me they found the code I had given them for the cat error and said the tech said " internal error on cat". Are you serious?! They charged me $89 plus tax to tell me exactly what I told the service person checking me in. When I questioned she said they didn't do deep diagnostic cause I only wanted to pay one diagnostic fee then says they normally charge $89 per code, so it's not a single diagnostic fee. Imagine how many people they rip off with diagnostic fees alone! Literal waste of my time and money for nothing.

I was told all service had been performed by this dealership. Since the day of purchase, I have experienced misrepresentation, unresolved mechanical issues, and refusal of service. From the beginning, I was misled about vehicle features, inspection and recalls. I was told there were no major recalls on this model, despite there being a known fire-risk recall and lemon-law litigation on 2021 Jeep Gladiators. My remote start and auto start/stop systems have never worked properly, and I reported this early on. Recently, two independent, reputable automotive shops informed me that my Jeep's charging system voltage is excessively high (15+ volts), which they said is a fire hazard. I was also told the vehicle does not have the correct Mopar battery installed. I scheduled service with North Knox CDJR and explained that the alternator and charging system needed to be checked. Instead of addressing the concern, the service department attempted to charge me for multiple diagnostics, argued that the voltage level was "normal," and then refused to service my vehicle at all, sending me away in what other professionals have said is an unsafe condition. Additionally, Chris Anderson, was extremely unprofessional, rude and disrespectful during this process. With the worst customer service skills. He refused to try to resolve the issue of the incorrect 2023 mopar battery that still has a warranty/service warranty. I believe this dealership negligently sold me a vehicle with known issues, misrepresented critical safety information, and refuses to stand behind the product and warranty they sold. As the once loyal customer I was, I felt dismissed, misled, treated unfairly, talked down to, and lied to. I would never recommend North Knox CDJR to anyone for sales or service...

The advisor was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. The technician was also informative, knowledgeable and friendly. The repairs were done ahead of schedule, yet they apologized for the wait. I was worried it was going to be an all day thing but they completed in less than two hours. The waiting room was clean and full of refreshments if needed. They constantly were updating the status of the repairs. They also tried to get me to do the repairs that would get me back on the road, didn't force an unnecessary upsell. I chose to do the more expensive repair, but I appreciate that they didn't just hit me with the most expensive repair possible. Overall I couldn't have been happier with my experience here.

They had not bolted our seat down, so we fixed it. looked under the good, a bolt was broke off of the fuel filter cover. My husband went to town, fixed it, secured the loose cover. The washer fluid was empty, coolant was low. checked the lug nuts, all loose, except three, all this for $192.00. My husband, brought the socket, screw driver back, complained. They said, we're sorry, yes they were right, they are sorry. never going back.

On 4/22/2026 I purchased a new Kia Niro from Rusty Wallace Kia. When I got home I found that my paperwork did not include a copy of this warranty. I called Rusty Wallace; they were reluctant to provide me with a copy, but when I insisted they sent me the warranty: it is a 7-year warranty. Rusty Wallace refuses to provide me with an 8-year warranty.
