My big gripe with this is when I looked at my receipt (which I almost didnt ask for) there was already like a $4 tip added to my purchase that I didnt give!! I asked the worker why my one smoothie turned into over $10 purchase and why a tip that was more than I even paid for the smoothie was added without my permission. I'm going to be honest here. I have been a die-hard Jamba Juice fan for years. One fateful night, I was craving Jamba something fierce. The chicks here are always working their tail off whenever there's a long line. Even if you have to wait because there's a lot of people ahead of you, you feel confident you'll be up soon because these girls are efficient. My smoothie are always on point and I could swear the girls got stolen from MAC cosmetics, their make up is always on point. So after reading the raving reviews I decided to try this place. Well after watching a women sit there and request to have her sports bottle filled with "free" ice water and being told that they can't do that due to sanitation and that they are charged by the cup. the acting manager went ahead and gave the lady a cup of iced water to fill her drink with and then they kept the cup which they then tried to give to me after ignoring me for a minute. I hate vegetables but I have absolutely addicted to their Popeye smoothie, 1 of their vegetable smoothies that contains shredded carrots, kale, spinach, banana, pineapple, orange and their top-secret, "smoothie mix"! If I knew how to replicate that smoothie mix or could buy some, I'd try to make these at home but I've been looking for years and no luck... I'd pay lots of money for that secret ingredient recipe!!!! I also want to praise them for always putting out samples... If they hadn't had Popeye samples out, I never would have discovered it! I love their smoothies here (: I was hesitant on trying their drinks but my friends convinced me that its good. It has to be good because you always seem people ordering drinks here too. I love their strawberry banana smoothie here, it's creamy fruity and has a good balance of strawberry banana. Sometimes when it comes to smoothies that has banana in it, I feel that the banana flavor kinda overpowers the rest of the flavors but here they have a good balance of flavor.
