Last wash is at 8:00pm someone left their clothes in all washers got here at 6:30pm 15-20 minutes later no one has came back to take out their clothes. Asked the lady who was cleaning if I can put their clothes in the cart she said no because it's " The owners who own the place are a certain way and they are very picky about certain things". I told her they've taken my clothes out before when I wasn't back within 5 minutes after the cycle finished washing and she started talking about me to other people washing I used to come to this place because of the previous owners. But Washers leak most of the time, the dryers dont dry well and the change machines dont work half of the time. Texted the number that's on the wall they seen my message and no reply. How am I supposed to wash here if not available? Am I supposed to wait 30 minutes for someone to come take their clothes out? She kept telling me i can use the smaller washers saying they were the same thing i told her they weren't. Why would i use 6 small washers when i just need 3 medium size washers. I was patient and waited while i seperated my clothes but no one came. Took my stuff and left due to The lady who was cleaning started talking about me to other people drying clothes letting them know I was going to take someone's clothes out. When I never demanded i asked politely without touching those dryers since its been 15 minutes and no one has been back to take their stuff out if i can put it in the cart i never touched their clothes but made it seem i did to the other people drying. Pervious owners and previous cleaning lady were nice unlike this lady working here. Dryers never work half of the time. read more

Absolutely awful! I gave it two stars for at least being clean and not having roaches . Moneyed washing machines, overprotective for the size and availability.. there was a broken machine on every isle. No attendant . They invested in cameras for every corner but won't fix the 7 broken machines. It seemed like an abandoned laundry mat. read more

I only used the dryer here but it dry my clothes pretty well. I came in with wet clean clothes, and there wasn't really any sign to tell us how to use it (unless I missed it) but it was $0.25 per 8 minutes so $2 = 64 minutes for the stacked dryers on the left. read more

I've been here a few times over the years. It's all self-serve and I don't think I've ever seen the owner. But I don't mind. Everything is pretty self-explainable! The store needs a bit of TLC though. The floor is dirty and a mess, with broken tiles and such. There is always a handful of machines broken. But even though this is the case, I've never had an issue finding a working washer/ dryer. I've never had to wait. Probably more because of what time I come in versus the amount of working washers though. There is a TV here so you could watch shows. There is also one bench, and 2 coin-dispensers (changes $1, $5, $10 bills into quarters [doesnt charge anything]; although 1 of them wasn't working when I was last there). There's also a detergent/ fabric softener/ etc dispenser but best to bring your own. I go here so few times and it's so close to my house that I don't mind the negative cons of this place. read more

This would be my first time here, the only reason I ended up here was do to prior arrangements I made in the same area. I regreted not making the time to go where I NORMALLY go do my laundry which is by far way better than here! After starting the dryer with so little if not NO WATER to "pre-rinse" after choosing what should've been hot was COLD, water there must be high to provide actual HOT WATER, idk. To finish DRYING my water and this is what blew my mind! Normally anywhere I've been to,we deposit no more than .75cents TOPS to completely DRY our clothes...believe me when I say we were $1.75 in and clothes was still DAMPED! some might say "maybe you put to much clothes" ect. No that was NOT the case my 5/7 towels next to that clothes was going on $1.50 DRYING amd STILL DAMPED! NEVER WILL I EVER GO BACK HERE! Clean place to wash clothes! Usually not that crowded during the day but a little crowded at night and weekends.

Lots of put if order machine. No running hot water . Making my softener beads not melt and stayed on my clothes. First time I've ever went to a laundry where I didn't get hot water and that happened. The dryer suck. Even with a small load and splitting it into more dryers it would not completely dry. Spent $20 on 4 loads using $2.50 machines. Making me spend $10 of just drying. I had to come back to my apartment to dry my clothes cause I was wasting time and money.. came only cause it was the most decent in the area. Wouldn't come back. If I could give no stars I would DO NOT GO HERE first of my husband and I were doing our laundry late on a Monday which this place closes at 8 so last wash is like 6:30 so at 7:30 I walked back in the surf n suds to retrieve all of our cloths and the lady was closing up and our laundry was gone!! When asked about my cloths she said she didn't know and told me I should of stood by my dryer the whole time!! Wow and this was the owner telling me this who would give this women a business is beyond me!! She's a thief herself or let's people come in and take what ever they want.. this place isn't even nice and way over priced. Owners name is Ann . AVOID! First and last time using this laundromat. (1) Dryer would not heat, clothes still wet after two cycles. (2) Tiny wall sign warned to make sure the washing machine works before wasting your soap, so they must not work well either. (3) Coin machine gave me a Canadian quarter that the washer would not accept. read more

Been here multiple times and there are multiple washers and dryers that do not work and have not been repaired and/or replaced. No warning or signs to warn of broken washers/dryers. Difficult to get a hold of anyone to get a refund for there are ever hardly anyone that works there to express your concerns to. It's been a month now and I have not received my $5.00 but that's ok they can keep it. Place is not well-kept/maintained. No public restrooms for customers. Vending machine is a joke, there are either hardly any snacks and/or the snacks are already expired. Would not recommend this place. I will now be driving the extra couple of minutes elsewhere to do my laundry. I hope your experience is better if you do come here. read more

Excellent place to do laundry. Really appreciate them staying open during this pandemic. Not many people see this but the place is being wiped down and sanitized before it opens in the morning. Customer service is above and beyond. No problem getting refunds when you have problems on the machine. I highly recommend this place to others. read more

machine at my money there is no attendee to assist in a refund i put a dollar into a machine only for it to spin for 1 minute then completely stop i then had to spend another dollar to dry the original load i was trying to dry I tried calling the number to make a report or arrange the refund alas that was not possible if you try to call the number it automatically disconnects read more

The machines at this laundromat are outdated, at least 30 years old. There's no hot water available even the sign says certain machines on the back do which is a lie. My main complaint is that I can't do hot wash in this laundromat. read more

I like the big Milnor machine for blankets, $3.75 a load is reasonable ;), commercial dryer is great, .25 cent for 10 mins. Not too bad at all. 4 star for lack of maintenance. read more
