The establishment is smaller than the one I usually frequent. The prices are double what I usually pay for for the same size machine. I over heard some people chatting that the machines sometimes eat some quarters without counting that quarter (I usually count my quarters but was fairly highly lazy today). It cost me $30 to do laundry today instead of my usual $20 max. I might come back on an earlier time, if I do t feel like driving 4 miles to my usual spot. read more

Owner of store bullied my 17 year old son over bringing washed laundry to be dried only and forced him to wash a load he already washed. To the owners credit, There is a sign but it is in the back of the store and is not visible when you walk in. I have been bringing my washed laundry there for over a year every Saturday and they have never said anything to me. But I guess a child is easier to bully. They may have gotten an extra was cycle out of an innocent uninformed child but that will be the last dollar they get from us. Policies should be clearly marked on the door. Their machines work well. They have an attendant working all the time so if something isn't right, they can fix it immediately. They're open later then most and when my clothes weren't quite dry at closing time, he let me finish drying them before I left. read more

Clean! Went on a Saturday morning around 10am and I would say it was at most only have full. Clothes washed REALLY well and dried fast too. Would go here again. OWNERS Please read all these yelp reviews. I just did and have had similar experiences and it is sad that this place could be 5 star but is not because of how staff manage. AT FIRST I thought I found a great 5 star laundromat that had good machines, clean, and safe as attendants on site (and had even told my friends and neighbors about). THEN the issues kept happening. 3 stars- dryers take long time to dry compared to past. 1 star-staff. The man hovers around the customers. No smile. No words if spoken to. Not friendly or welcoming. Gives a glare that makes one uncomfortable. The lady staff not welcoming either. BE PREPARED to stay next to your washer or dryer as the minute it stops or you leave he will be there or hovering around. (Always makes me wonder what they are planning on doing then read past reviews and it talks about how others had their clothes removed even though other dryers and washers open so it is like to teach us a lesson not to step outside to our car (as one reviewer wrote they said "no,no,no", for fresh air (my case), or go to 7-11 in same plaza (as one reviewer wrote.) One time I went outside as people coughing and I can't be sick so set my timer and went outside and as timer goes off walking in and there he was next to my stuff!! The owner commented several years ago in yelp review they strive for clean and friendly service, but the issues remain for us customers to deal with, so please re-educate and train your staff (as I am sure they are nice people they just have not been trained in customer service so they do not realize how they are affecting the customer's experience) to please treat customers with kindness, respect, and friendliness as there are other laundry places to go. I debated whether to post this but was talking about this place with neighbor today and still feeling uncomfortable with past experiences with staff so hoping the owner sees this and makes it better experience for customers to keep their business (as we were all talking about so it is not just me). No one should be touching our laundry when not given a chance to return in reasonable time. (My laundry not touched as I was right there within minutes of timer going off but others commented in their reviews and I caught him standing in front of my stuff more than once and there were lots of dryers and washers open so why does he do this?!?) I now go to a nice, clean, safe laundry in another city now. Less than a 1 actually. I live up the street and take my bed spreads into this laundry, always thought such a good establishment until my bedding was stolen!! I was in my car waiting for washer on a call and went back within 10 min of it being done, washer was empty. I looked at all the dryers to see if anyone put inside and no sign of them. The lady on duty couldn't speak english, just pointed to sign, not responsible, etc.. nobody in the place saw anything. Not sure if this is a problem with anyone else experience but I am extremely disappointed, will never go back. read more

Awful people that operate and run this place, especially the lady. I live a block away and had frequently come here to wash a house rug I have because it's too large for my domestic machine. I also brought bedding here when I was helping to clean a room up and start fresh, so it was a large job. I went to grab a drink from the 7-11 in the same shopping center and when I had returned, she had removed all of my items and placed them in a cart and that really upset me. I wasn't gone long enough for that to happen and it was a non-busy weekday with plenty of machines available for customers to use. I felt targeted and it was very bothersome. I won't be returning. If you use this place, it's clean, but bring anything you may want with you and don't leave, super annoying. read more

Recently, I switched to this laundry mat. There is an Asian lady attendant nearly all the time. The place is old beat up but it does it's purpose. The prices are reasonable. Parking may be hard at times and laundry is small so don't expect too much. I switched but I rather you not switch cause then it will be too many people. Lol. Newer extra-large machines and aging but clean facility. Prices seem pretty standard. Filtered water is available for purchase (near-beach areas are known for less than delicious water). They also have fluff-n-fold service a, but we did not use either of these services. We stopped to do laundry while vacationing, adequate parking area for a 23-ft RV was required and identified via google maps. This location met all our needs. read more

This is the cleanest laundry mat place i have been to compared to the other ones int he surrounding area of Westminster Hb. He charges 0.25 cents for a gallon of water and his purified water taste so fresh, crisp and really wet. I come here to do my laundry even if its out of my way. If you dont mind a creepy guy, smelly mexican lady trying to steal your clothes when you fall asleep on accident, its great. If you unplug the vending machine it counts as entertainment. read more

Came here today @ 11am to wash 2 king size comforters and king mattress pad. I hogged 3 of the 4 Mega machines. No prices posted for washing machine, instead shows # of coins. 20 quarters ($5) for Megamachine for 20 minutes of wash & rinse. 15 quarters ($3.75) for Maximachine (don't know how much time). Dryers were $.25 for 9 minutes. Machines and laundromat was clean and decent. I'll be back for bulky items. read more

Facility is clean with lots of washers and dryers. They have 10 triple load, 12 maxi, 4 mega and 16 regular washers with 40 dryers. Open from 6am to 11pm with the last wash at 9:30pm. Staff was onsite and very friendly! read more

The (male) owner is really nice. His washers and dryers runs smoothly and are always clean. This is the cleanest laundry place I have to compare to the other ones in the surrounding area of HB. Good prices. I use top load for $2.50. There's always staff and accessible restroom. This place doubles as a supplier of drinking water for 25 cents a gallon. The only negatives are that it's crowded so parking can be limited and the machines may be in use. They sell detergent and supplies too. read more

After losing my regular laundromat in HB to forced relocation I tried out a couple and found Warner-dale. I'm very happy with this place. It's always clean, prices are reasonable and there's always an attendant if you have a problem. They have a restroom available for a quarter which is very helpful as a lot of places do not have one for public use. It's in a great location and does not have loiterers outside doing drugs like 2 other places I tried. Highly recommend. read more

The guy worker here does not speak English other than no no no no. He turned the lights off on me. I told him ITS NOT 11 PM. Why is he trying to push me out? I had to keep dumping quarters in because their washers do not spinout water properly! This place sucks! Wash time and dry time is lower than other places AND CREEPO wants to look at dirty clothes? Go Away!! I am not putting bowling balls into the washer. I tried to put half of my dry clean clothes in my car and thats when i got the NO NO NO NO I rolled their cart to my car. They are running a new promotion=Free dry detergent with every wash now. That's not the draw for me as I prefer to use my own liquid soap, but it'll save you some coin if you're hard pressed for it. I've been coming to this laundromat once or twice every week for the last 9 months. The laundromat is always cleaned and maintained, which is a nice departure from the last two hellhole laundromats I've used to patron before becoming utterly fed up. The price difference from cheaper places are negligible, especially considering their machines are usually busted to hell or so worn they do a poor job of cleaning clothes. I commute at least 15-20 minutes driving just to get here, because the machines are well kept and hardly ever out of order. They also have a laundry service where you drop it off and they'll take care of it for you. Giant reverse osmosis water machines if you like to haul water back and forth. Owner is a cool dude, he let me have a hanger one time because I stupidly forgot mine at home. There is all kinds of construction going on that has put parking at a premium yet I'll still come here as long as they keep up the good work. read more

They sell all the washing materials like detergent, softener... if you need with reasonable prices. That is very convenient if you forgot something. I love how the owner, a Vietnamese lady, is very attentive to her customers. She provides me many clean bags for my washed clothes and gives me thorough instructions of how to use the machines here( it was my first time using commercial machines, things can be confusing). Definitely it was a great experience for me. I got all my things done quickly saved more time washing here. I will be back here washing my stuffs and refer this places to people. Found this place and WOW. Super clean, quick machines, cheap and the most kind, and patient owner. He showed me how to work all the machines and even offered to lend me more quarters. This laundry mat and owner are absolutely amazing. I don't normally use the laundry mat because I have a washer and dryer, but unfortunately my dryer is on the fritz so we had a lot of clothes piling up. My daughter and I went here late on a Tuesday night to wash a couple of loads. Our clothes were done drying and we were trying to hurry and get all of our stuff folded and get out of there so not to be rude and make the attendant stay late and wait for us, and since it was 11 we decided to grab the rest of our laundry that wasn't folded and take them to fold at home. The next day my daughter realized that she couldn't find something and just thought that she may have put it away somewhere unusual. My daughter is a college softball athlete, so Thursday morning when she was getting up and getting ready for her 8 am class and game after she noticed that she didn't have her uniform or socks. We were in a panic so i decided to call and didn't get an answer so i took a drive to the Landry mat. Unfortunately there were no staff there at the time since it was before 7am. Frantically I called again and still no answer. But when I was driving away I got a call from the owner and explained that we were there a couple of nights ago and thought my daughter may have left some stuff behind that she was folding and left on the counter. He went down to his business and let me know that he couldn't find any of the items that I had described. He told me that his staff would be there later in the day and he would talk to him to see where he may have put it and assured me that all of the washers and dryers were checked every night and if anything was left behind that they would hold the items for 30 days. When my daughter arrived back home she realized that she was missing all of her softball stuff, I mean every single piece of dark softball clothing. We went back later that evening and saw the staff and immediately he said hold on, went and unlocked a closet and handed us a large bag full of all of her stuff. although she had to run an extra mile for not having the right stuff we were so relieved and very happy that they kept her stuff safe until we returned for it. This place is super clean and staff are great! The attendant is moping the floor and cleaning the washer once they've been issued constantly. The next time I have to make a trip to the laundry mat I will definitely be using this one!! read more

The nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever come across - I have lived in the area for 15 years and unfortunately have to go to the laundromat to do my laundry and all of them are nasty !! Not enough machines and what machines they have are always out of order or just plain messed up. I love this laundry mat! The lady who owns it is very sweet. Alway helpful, she's even helped me take it to my car some times. I sometimes have to bring my 3 kids with me and it's never been a problem, they'll put cartoons on the tv. The large washers aren't as expensive as some of the others in the area.
