He had to leave a message, not expecting much. Within JUST a few minutes, the owner called him right back. The owner spent over an hour on the phone with him, reviewing security footage, identifying him on camera, and even sent, via text, 17 video clips so they could trace what had happened. By reviewing these video clips, they saw that it had been tucked into his laundry basket the whole time. What stood out most wasn't just that the tablet was found--it was the genuine care and concern the owner showed throughout the process. He went above and beyond what one might expect in this situation. It's so refreshing to find a business owner who genuinely cares about helping their customers.
