I really appreciated Ken's easy-going demeanor, and sensed zero interest in him trying to sell me a repair service that wasn't needed. Ken is just an honest guy offering his experienced opinion - in no doubt, putting yet another homeowners' unwarranted concerns to rest. Would be nice If all companies sent inspectors who operated the same way as Ken.

I rearranged my schedule twice to accommodate them during what was already an exceptionally difficult time, as I was preparing to say goodbye to my 16-year-old dog that weekend. Chris did arrive on Friday as promised, but a week has now passed and I have received neither a bid nor any follow-up communication from anyone at the company. Shortly after the appointment, their Thumbtack profile was also removed or hidden. While I can't say why, the timing was odd, as it prevented me from leaving a review on the platform where we originally connected. I've uploaded screenshots with this review documenting the interaction, including Chris's last-minute cancellation, his offer of a 5% discount, and the Thumbtack notification showing the company was no longer available on the platform. If reliability, communication, and follow-through are important to you, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

It was a shiplap wall with a 10' shelf. Although a smaller project he tackled it in the same way he does every job - with precision to detail on every aspect. Our last project was a 10' wall with lower cabinets as well as 2' upper cabinets on the left and right leaving area in the middle to accommodate a large tv. Steve is a true craftsman that is proficient in his skills and gives 100% to each job. We highly recommend Steve.

He had to figure out how to how to make the six tall shelf sections (12-1/2' high sloping down to 8') follow an unevenly sloping ceiling while dealing with a wall surface (13-1/2' long) that was not necessarily flat or square. But he did it, and from the pictures you can see that he did it with beauty and style! If you have an easy or difficult job, Steve will make sure it's done well and done right. We would never call anyone else.

Where things fell short was communication and delivery...especially disappointing as this was our first time shopping here. After we paid and left, we received a call saying the product was actually not in stock and would take about a week. Frustrating, but what made it worse was the response we got when we followed up. We spoke with Glenn and explained that had we known, we might have gone elsewhere. His response was essentially that we were free to do so. Having worked in customer service for over 10 years, I found that surprising and disappointing...there was no effort to retain our business or make things right. We decided to continue with the order since we had already paid. Fast forward about two weeks, and we hadn't received any updates. I called to check in and was told the shipment was still in transit and might arrive by the end of the day. I asked to speak with a manager, and Glenn called me back. To his credit, he acknowledged the earlier interaction and apologized for the delay, but there was still a lack of proactive communication or effort to improve the experience...especially considering we had already, made multiple trips for payment and a partial pickup. Ironically, I received a call just before closing that the rest of the shipment had arrived and would be ready for pickup the next day...but only after I had reached out first. I would still recommend this place for the showroom, selection, and the help we received from Polina. Just be aware that the follow-through and communication may not match that initial experience.

He assisted but was not overbearing at all in terms of helping us choose what would look best and gave some great tips and points. Our master bathroom was more than just a facelift, we removed a closet, extended the bathroom, fixed a leak, moved some plumbing and electrical, etc. Each crew member we interacted with was extremely professional, did the work quickly and professionally, and Sam the foreman was helpful in answering all of our questions.
