I recently used AAA Remodeling to remodel my kitchen, wet-bar, laundry room, and powder bathroom. I replaced all cabinets and countertops, flooring, reconfigured the island to move the stove on the island to the wall, added a hood, waterfall island on both sides with USB outlets throughout the kitchen, reconfigured lighting for the kitchen and family room, added lighting underneath cabinets for kitchen and wet bar created a coffee bar, replaced all cabinets and flooring in the bathroom and laundry room. Kevin is very responsive and patient. He responded to my questions day or night weekdays or weekends. His crew was very polite and helpful. Kevin and his crew did a very good job on our kitchen remodel. They removed a load bearing wall, completely replaced the old kitchen cabinets , and installed vinyl plank flooring throughout. Kevin Nikjou took on our Mission Viejo remodel of a 1960's house at the very beginning of the Covid shut downs. Despite that challenge, he brought his team of wonderful subcontractors in on a record time of only about 4 months, and our remodel was extensive. After an unfortunate water accident in my condo, I had to replace my entire laminate wood flooring. A coworker of mine had recently changed her flooring through AAA Remodeling, so she and her husband referred me to Kevin. Boy, I'm sure glad they did! Kevin is bonded and has Worker's Compensation. He is one of many local contractors that we had researched. His internet reviews and credentials were so impressive we were very excited to meet him. After our first meeting, we knew that Kevin was our guy. He was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. His patience allowed us to warm up and take our time with selections, answered all of our questions and the top of the line products were included in his competitive pricing. At the end of our meeting, we knew we were ready to work with him to make our paradise. Brian and I are so grateful that we found him to guide us through renovating our entire fixer-upper new home. Kevin is most definitely the best of the best! The renovations began with gutting the entire dwelling down to the bones, then building it back up to better than new. Hardwood floors with 5-inch floor baseboards, customizing kitchen and bathrooms cabinets with soft closing drawers and pull out shelves, converting a master bathroom into a master spa with a soaker tub, removing a beam to open-up the nine and a half foot ceilings. A custom beautiful outstanding fireplace, wood framed beveled glass wardrobe doors, custom plantation shutters, every nook and cranny finished to perfection .... Kevin took my vision and made it into a reality! Kevin and his team were incredible, with their professional work in a timely matter. The contractors were always on time worked respectfully with minimal noise and always clean up after their assignment was completed The electrical and plumbing were brought up to today's codes. Additional receptacles were added in convenient places; the fireplace mantel, a post in the middle of the living room, inside closets and high on walls with cable lines outlets for hidden wires for TVs and USB plugs. The City's inspector signed-off completion with an A+. Kevin stayed in contact with us on a daily bases, through phone calls or texts. He would reply immediately to our inquiries, and for a while, we assumed we were his only clients, only to find out he was managing multiple jobs at the same time. Kevin stayed on budget with the top of the line products, however we did go over budget a little, due to my additions like recessed lighting, pot filler and a custom design enclosed entertainment center to name a few! I had changed my mind a few times during the renovation, which added days onto the schedule, but Kevin still managed to finish the project ahead of schedule! And, the icing on the cake... when Kevin had completed his part of the contract, he brought in the painters for touch-ups and hired a cleaning crew to completely clean from top to bottom inside and out! The first contractor I've called off a Craigslist ad. They claim that their prices are lower than anyone else which is a complete lie. They charge double the amount that I was quoted by three other very well established 5 star contractors. Kevin quoted me a price over the phone and was going down the list of how much everything would cost. By the time he got past $8k (for manufactured material) more than the other companies quoted me (for hardwood), I stopped him and said it's already way more than anyone else. So thanks but no thanks. He then went on to say 'good luck' in a sarcastic tone and put down the other contractors and their quality work when he has no idea who they were. if he did, he'd be very embarrassed putting down well seasoned contractors with HUNDREDS of FIVE STAR reviews. On that note, this was an easy pass going with this 'contractor' due to outrageous pricing, lack of professionalism and just plain rudeness. GOOD LUCK. read more

We found AAA Remodeling on Home Adviser for our Guest Bathroom remodel. An Email was returned within 24 Hours and we booked an appointment at their Huntington Beach Showroom. Judy, welcomed us like family, and Kevin was attentive, cheerful, and professional, as he guided us through the process of materials, and colors. We had a pretty clear idea what we wanted, but the Devil is in the detail, as always! The range and scope of materials they have on hand is unbelievable, and we quickly zoomed in on our preferences and style. Kevin, then came to our home, saw the scope of work, offered good suggestions, a solid proposal and an agreed price. We decided to source, and supply some items ourselves, which was well received(Unlike some, who want to make a buck off every item!). We had a tight time frame, a firm budget, and Kevin, Ray, and his team came through on time, and on budget. There was a small overrun, but that was disclosed and discussed upfront, when Plumbing issue was discovered, and when we wanted to change things. The bathroom came out STUNNING... The only negatives are the subcontractors didn't always show up when scheduled and the contractor, though very nice and accommodating, is somewhat disorganized. We contracted with AAA to remove popcorn ceilings, paneling and texture for upstairs rooms and then texture and paint plus put down molding. Told it would take 1 week. It took over 3. Don't know if it is quality of paint or application, but paint chips off when you hand picture or valance. Contracted for OAK baseboards. They brought POPLAR. It took days to touch up missed spots in paint and clean up texture over spray from doors and carpeting. Will not hire them to do downstairs!!! read more
