Third time is a charm. After the first two contractors did an awful job costing me incredible sums of money, I finally had Bryan come and show how things are done right. I've gotten good at knowing when someone really knows what they are talking about because a lot of guys out there think they do and talk with confidence, but Bryan and his team truly do. Bryan thinks about the big picture after many years of experience. He and his son, Riley, did some of the (superb) work themselves, which is a sign they truly know what they're doing. Save yourself the headache and money and go to Bryan for your remodel. He does complete renovations, not just tile. For us he fixed some plumbing and floated and tiled our backsplash and tub/shower and tiled our floor. Randy was our tiler and was clean, respectful, and meticulous with the difficult vertical tile installation. Bryan is laid back, but he takes his work and his business very seriously. Do not use B.W. Tile. We paid him to complete a 2 bathroom job. He charged $17,000 for the two bathrooms. Every week he demanded money and he paid him a total of $16,500 in cash because he didn't want to claim it on his taxes. We kept asking when the second bathroom would be done. Two months later and we get a text (not even a phone call) stating he's decided NOT to do the 2nd bathroom. I requested my money back since he didn't do the job, and he refused. After screaming and yelling at me for 20 minutes, he refused to return our money so now we will be taking him to court. Way to go B.W. Tile! read more

Bryan did our kitchen backsplash three years ago. He was really helpful coordinating the work between the granite guy, himself, and the plumber. Although there was no GC onboard, we needed guidance, and he stepped up, gave us help and referrals, and showed himself to be a leader. We were very pleased with his work, and were happy to use BW Tile again just recently for remodeling our hall bath. I (still) do not know of a GC in the HBeach area, and was glad when Bryan said he would handle all the subs needed for this job. Bryan is good with communication! He responds promptly to texts, and will let you know exactly when he can get back to you, or when jobs are tentatively scheduled. He remembers details, such as installing the hotel towel rack in the new shower (just a verbal agreement, not on the written quote). This was after the whole project was finished. He had to make an extra trip over here to do it. Although my hubby has the tools, and is capable of doing the job, we both felt nervous about drilling into brand new tile. Bryan was happy to do it for us, although it turned out to be two trips over here, since he had to repair a tiny piece of grout that fell out during the difficult drilling. But that is what describes Bryan: he wants customers to be happy, and he stands by his work.
