For my shave ice I went with a regular size and chose POG as my flavor. Since it was shaved fruit, he had to switch from the regular ice to one that already had the fruit in it. Once he finished making it, he asked if I wanted a sweetener on top and I chose the coconut. As soon as I walked away I took my first bite and wow was it good. The POG flavor was legit and while the lilikoi dominated, that is exactly what I like. I loved the sharpness from the passion fruit and how the real fruit flavors were allowed to shine.
