On August 26th it will be one year that I have not heard from him. My gates need to be completely replaced. Apparently, they were installed incorrectly and the gate doors themselves are to heavy for the fence and are falling off! I have explained to him that I have 3 dogs and 1 that is dog aggressive! No response! I called another company to do the repair, $2,200 later and the gates and latches work perfectly! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SOTO!

He showed up on time and we walked through my property and discussed what I wanted and where I wanted it placed. He also showed us a brochure that had many styles and colors of fencing to choose from. Kirt promised that the job would be done in one day, very convenient for me as I was on vacation that week and did not want to sit at home for a couple of days! Kirt and his crew showed up at 7:00 am on the agreed upon date, and true to his word, were finished by 4:30 pm. When they were done you would never would have known that anyone was there.
