Every piece of equipment with a cable is loose and stretched out which reduces range of motion and therefore the effectiveness of your workout as well. Holy moly there are a couple ladies who will exercise your sense of smell!

When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Abby, who gave me a tour of the facility and made me feel comfortable. After showing my proof of insurance, she asked for my credit card. I asked why it was needed, and she explained that it was standard practice to keep one on file, but she wasn't sure of the specific reasons and offered to check with the owner. The owner then came out, without introducing himself, and spoke to me in an irate manner. He explained that if I were to let someone into the gym after hours, they would need my credit card to charge me directly, since they couldn't bill my insurance company. This, he said, was stated in their contract. I asked to read the contract, but instead of providing it, he told me, "It's not going to work out," and asked me to leave. I've never experienced such hostility in any interaction before.

I went here since I didn't feel like driving to Harbour Island for Lifetime Fitness around 10am and it wasn't too crowded at all. The machines were constantly keep clean and the staff was friendly. I did not check out the locker room as I wanted my hour workout and get out so I can run errands. I'm only giving one less star because there was only one water fountain (that I found, if there's more i'm sorry) on the gym floor. There is plenty, plenty, plenty of parking!

Cute little studio with lots of cute items to shop while you wait. The person at the desk is super sweet and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when I called on Monday and was able to get us all in the same week. I booked for a full one hour with Rebecca and the girls each had 30 minutes with Caroline. The atmosphere in the rooms is very relaxing, the only issue was that you could hear the talking and commotion in the hallway and lobby area. That was a little distracting but that could have been the room I was in. I asked for a deep tissue massage and Rebecca did that. Wow, she really worked some muscle knots out. I almost fell asleep. I would definitely go back to her when I am in town next time. The girls both said their massages were good, just short. I just appreciated being able to get all of us in on that short of notice. The location is in a retail strip and has frontage to ulmerton road which makes it super visible. The studio is a lot larger than most of the ones I've been to in Virginia and really nice. They renovated during the Covid shutdown and it shows. The staff are all extremely friendly and they are doing a great job with protocols. The owners Malia and Kurt are awesome and go above and beyond to make all visitors feel welcome. The coaches are all top notch and the classes are some of my favorite I've taken at OTF. Highly recommend the largo OTF location and I look forward to visiting them whenever I am in town to see my parents!
